I came into this location today with my daughter. She was looking for a few shoes she had in mind. One was in stock and most were not available. (due to the holidays) But I am most thankful for Antoinette for going out of her way and trying her best to find the shoe my daughter was looking for. She refused to give up and tried her hardest to get what we wanted. It’s people like her that make places like these stand out when you try your hardest to help the customer. And I am very appreciative of that. I definitely will be returning to this location. Thank you for a great experience Antoinette.

went in today to exchange shoes I had bought online. The salesperson was great, forgot her name but my receipt says employee 1500, sorry forgot her name but you know who you are. her willingness to locate what I needed was wonderful, and customer service skills were refreshing especially after a visit to the DMV that morning. Thank you young lady :)

I stopped by to look at the small backpacks, I askes to see a black one and was looking inside to see if it had more pockets. The very RUDE girl closing tonight looks at me and says "are you gonna take it or not". As I'm looking inside the bag. I stopped, looked up at her and said, I'm still looking at it. I dropped it and left. I'll take my business elsewhere.
