Everyone at Pete Nelson is so nice and i can wait for my truck and not feel like I am not there. They will come sit and have a conversation with you if you want. I love the conversations and I know my truck will be serviced properly.
My daughter takes her truck also for tires and oil changes.

I heavily reccomend Pete Nelson's. This is my go to auto shop for all my car needs. I've gone here for oil changes, tire replacements, and fixes to my internal thermostat as well as a coolant reservoir replacement. They are able to provide towing if needed. They keep you posted about how the car repairs are going and estimated time frame. They are always so polite and friendly when taking care of you. The work is quality and efficient. Not to mention they are pro PD. Bill and Connie really do care about their customers and take every step necessary to make sure their customers are getting the quality experience they deserve. The brakes on my wife's car had been making some noise so I brought it in.

After talking a test drive (with no more noise) and taking the wheels off, told me that the brakes look good.

They did point out that my tires are approaching time to replace, but still have some life in them.

I'll happily pay a diagnostic fee for ease of mind when I know I won't be sold something I don't need!

Love this place! Not only can I get an entire oil change, checking and topping of all my fluids, and bumper to bumper thorough check of things for $100, they are fast and friendly! Love this husband and wife team. As a woman, I know that I can go here and not get ripped off. I found my new auto shop :)

I have a relatively new Chevy Colorado and I used to go the dealerships before. I had a check engine on my vehicle and dealerships did not give appointments for 2 to 3 days and they need another 4 days to repair the issues in my car and do major service. .

I went in for just an oil change, but had an odd rattle each time I stopped at a light it stop sign. Bill was so kind and honest. He actually found that it was a toy trapped in my sons car seat. They could have easily diagnosed as anything, I’m not a mechanic obviously, and charged me a ton to fix something that wasn’t there. But they didn’t. I love supporting ethical, hard working local family businesses. I will definitely be back to Pete Nelson Automotive in the future. I highly recommend them.

I went into Pete Nelson’s to get my alignment checked cause I thought it might be possibly out of alignment. They quoted me a price and I agreed to it. After the service was done they let me know that the alignment was actually still good and they didn’t need to adjust it. So they ended up charging me less then what I agreed to cause it didn’t need to be aligned. What amazing integrity! Thank you for taking care of me!

Pete Nelson Automotive, professional and very knowledgeable. They trouble shot two problems that I have been trying to get fixed for over two years first time in. The quoted me a price and fixed the car right the first time they worked on it and came in under the quoted cost. I was delighted. They are not che af p but also not absurd. I got what I wanted, my car got fixed and runs great.
