Fast friendly service. But my dark roast coffee is luke warm. Waste of money. Great drivethru design the safety, best I've seen

Coming from California was craving some coffee so stopped by. My drink was good just need to be a bit stronger on the roast.

My personal best is the nitro cold brew.

XAVIER!! Xavier is everything, he goes above and beyond everytime we visit! He speaks to us immediately, remembers me and my mom’s order and makes our drinks with love! Starbucks is lucky to have Xavier!

I frequent this Starbucks minimum 3 times per week. I always do the drive-thru and wait is understandable. I can’t relate to any of the bad reviews, staff is always busy, yet they greet you with a smile and provide superior customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Typically a line at Drive thru but goes quickly. Team members are really nice. Quick order ahead Services. Nice merch in the store as well.

This Starbucks in Laveen on Baseline Road always has the best service and makes the best coffee! My coffee is usually perfect. Tips on the app!

Excellent customer service! I was having issues ordering on the app so I came into the store and they made it right. I genuinely appreciate the customer service, this is my favorite Starbucks to order from.

Today is my Granddaughter 16th Birthday. They gave her a cake pop and put Happy 16th Birthday from your Starbucks team!

I didn't eat here, so I have no rating for that. Staff was on point with processes. Love the large, wide open area with lots of windows. Very inviting for customers.

My home away from home. I love when it's packed with students studying. There's only one nitpick that I have about the Starbucks Phoenix network: I wish there was a list somewhere that showed all the Starbucks stores in the valley, and how busy they are at the moment. It's no fun if a Starbucks lobby is a ghost town!

I frequent this Starbucks minimum 3-5x per week. I rarely do the drive-thru, I usually order ahead & either just pick up or spend hours doing HW inside. I can’t relate to any of the bad reviews; staff is busy, yet cordial. If you need a compliment today go to Dutch bros. Avoid hours after the HS across the street gets out. I think my drink was wrong once, but they replaced it with no problem.

I frequently get my morning coffee here….the employees are always on top of it, my drink is always made correctly, employees always greet me with a smile, and the line moves pretty quickly considering how busy they always are….I see some bad reviews related to the employees, but I have to say, I have never ever had a bad experience here!

I have a coffee addiction. I spend about $200 a month on Starbucks. I frequent this location about 95% of the time. Yes, they are busy. But, they are right next to major interstate and up and coming residential area. They are always fast, my boujee drinks are always on point. Staff are pleasant, great people as they enter and leave. Store is very clean. Always will remake a drink no questions asked. They are all doing great.

Ordered my drink and it came out all wrong. One of the employees decided that it was ok just to have me open my lid and she would add the ingredients. I waited for her to see how she was gonna add the whip. Another employee was so kind she apologize for my drink being incorrect and remade it. Not only did she remake it, I ordered a medium and she gave me a large.

Great place to work. Love the natural light and how spacious it is. Staff are friendly and polite.

I love this Starbucks its pretty fast in getting order out. I was in and out in 5 min. I would definitely come back to this one

Went through the drive thru and they were pretty quick and my drink was good.

Had an issue w/ my drinks, they remade them with no hesitation. Very nice workers and fast service. Folks who helped me out were Antonio and Heana, I believe. Sorry if I get some names wrong but they were very helpful, professional and nice. Highly recommend coming to this Starbucks. 10/10
