People are kind and compassionate from the minute you go through the kindest nicest security people ever! Be respectful of the court! And it will be respectful of you! Dress nice! Speak loud and clear, be prepared, bring everything. Very kind people!

Despite my own issues for my reason being here, the staff and judge were overall amazing.
Friendly and understanding in every way possible. With any type of authority figure, being officer or my own mother! I begin to shake and fear for my life, being in this court took that away and allowed me to feel safe and own up to my actions and take responsibility, as we should all. Thank you.

Obviously having to go here is never a good thing, but the people there were extremely respectful and the judge even lowered our fine on something that was clearly our fault. They were understanding and made the process as painless as possible. Instead of a $2,500 fine, we walked away with roughly $365. Getting in trouble is never fun, but at least they didn't beat us over the head with our mistake.

Clerks were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was easy to connect to them via phone and in person. The hours to speak to the judge were reasonable. Overall, it was a positive customer experience to a negative situation.

Went to water services. Employees were very helpful and nice.

Court is confidently only 50 yards direct across the lawn from police departments police headquarter police station. Nice xerascape..

Great staff in general well organize security staff always with a good sense of humor and fast to get you in.

This is an extremely spiritual area.

Very quiet

Peoria Municipal charges more than any other court in Maricopa County. They added $300 to my $270 balance because I was 2weeks late although when I did pay it late, I paid $120 when I was only required to pay $25. Still, they tacked on the $300 and Judge refused to waive it. In another I was a victim. The person that robbed me was ordered to pay my restitution. This was ordered last December to be paid to me through the courts. I have yet to receive anything. Can I add penalties? No! But, I'm guessing the court can. However, I won't see it. Although I am the victim who was robbed [my purse grabbed in plain sight from a local drug addict known by local police] the Peoria Courthouse will keep any penalty fees added for missing payments. So I am being robbed twice in my opinion. And why should the thief be given a payment plan. I had my entire paycheck that I just cashed stolen. Grocery money, rent, everything taken in one instance. Yet, he can pay it back at his convenience. He should have to pay it all [which would mean getting a job] or go to jail! The court system is out for themselves and the victim comes after they get what they want. Oh, did I mention he was also fined $700 which they get paid 1st THEN the "struggling, hard-working" victim will start seeing restitution payments from the unemplyed, drug addict, thief. DOES THIS SEEM FAIR?

I was a first responder for years, and was a previous shift supervisor (coordinator) for the city's only mental health crisis inpatient facility (RIAZ) at the time, but was arrested by Peoria PD and railroaded by the City of Peoria because of the lies of my ex-girlfriend's adult daughter, Samantha Gavino, whom assaulted me in 2018 and on the day in question in January, 2019. I never put a hand on Samantha, except to push her away from me. Samantha got in my face and yelled and threatened me, kicked me in the groin, and punched me in my face. The Peoria officers took photos of my bruised face and also took a statement from me, but still took me into custody and charged me with Assault-DV. I served time in jail, and my fingerprint clearance card was revoked again. Prior to moving to Arizona from Texas over 20 years ago, I never had a criminal record, then had my life forever changed by the lies of 2 Arizona women (see City of Mesa records 2008), the other being my ex-wife (Stacy Larock-Gust), and Ms Gavino was aware of my prior conviction and sought to maliciously destroy my reputation without any remorse. I hope my son never goes through what I went through in these cases.
