These folks rocked! Our daughter waited until the last minute on her 1st HS dance to tell us she needed a boutonniere. They custom made us a white rose boutonniere w/ dark green ribbon in 25 minutes on the day of the dance, and it looks awesome! Thanks gals!

The flowers were beautiful. Best customer service I’ve ever had by a flower company by far. They updated me every step of the way and sent me a photo before it was delivered and gave me confirmation when it was delivered I would recommend them to anybody.

I live out of state, but have my whole family all over Arizona, so this is my place to send flowers.. but this time they completely surprise me with their amazing customer service. I only place my order the night prior so called in the morning to confirm of delivery, a lady answered & said they were currently working on it asked me a few ??s to make sure it was perfect. I ask if possible to take a pic of arrangement so I could see it, & they surprise me with a short video so I could appreciate the beauty. 🥰 Thank you for that !!

Janet and her team are amazing beautiful flowers high-quality and amazing design I was so happy with my order that I ordered again!! This shop is definitely one of the number one if not the best around in Glendale, Arizona I was very happy with the customer service they went above and beyond ordering special flowers in for me and also beat two competitive store prices! While grieving a loved one, we visited My Secret Garden Flower Shop to purchase a floral arrangement for the services. The flower shop was small & unassuming. We had an idea of what we wanted but unsure of the outcome since this shop seemed like it didn't have many flowers. Boy did we underestimate this flower shop! The woman who spoke with us was so courteous & welcoming. She took our ideas & made a few suggestions. At the services, we were so so happy & astonished with the custom made arrangement! I called and left a voicemail on thanksgiving. And they returned my call. I live in Texas but my mother was in the hospital in Glendale. They were very helpful with my needs. My mother got her flowers and was so shocked with how big and beautiful they were. it lifted her spirit. All the nursing staff gave her compliments on the beautiful flowers. They are affordable. The lady’s were extremely nice & super sweet & very patience with us, Ordering flowers for my grandfathers funeral has by far been the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to do . Just picked up a bouquet of 50 roses here. They made it within a few hours when I called it in. Looked amazing, exactly what I wanted and more. Very friendly and professional staff. Used this shop in the past also for delivery and had a great experience.
