Taste buds young again..... like 1977 ... generous chips and salsas served soon as seated. CHIMACHONGA & CHILI RELLENO with lots oh refried beans, rice, sour cream, and guacamole so darn beautifully prepared and served as ordered fresh and hot.

I had a great experience as always! Richie and Amber provided excellent service! The bean dip is our favorite while we wait for our food! I ordered the Green Chile little daddy and it's delicios and HUGE and my hubby ordered the Red Chile shredded beef enchilada meal and he really enjoyed it.

I went to el charro and had the chalaca. It was fantastic! Green Chilie pork, in a delightful masa bowl with yummy fresh toppings. Great service, never ran out of chips, salsa and bean dip!

Came here with my family, and I ordered the shredded beef chimichanga burrito enchiladas style. The restaurant wasn't that busy at that hour, and the service was really great and fast.

This place is awesome! First time going here and it's the best time!

Close to 44 years ago in 1977 I was taken to Safford to experience my first Chilli Relenza and Chimichanga.

Great Mexican food in Safford. Chips and salsa were very good. Shredded beef tacos were very good. Chimichanga was very good. #5 Combo Dinner was also reported as very good. When in Safford, it is worth the visit to El Charro. Staff was very helpful and gracious. Chips had character... they are not just any old corn chips... they keep calling you to have "... just one more...", this is even after you are stuffed from dinner. Salsa and a side of properly seasoned refried beans easily could be a meal in itself.

Absolutely delicious Hispanic food for great prices! Friendly wait staff, clean establishment. The atmosphere is on point for the location. Will be visiting again!

The photo I have is for a regular chili relleno. You can get them stuffed with green chili, red chili, chicken, shredded beef, ground beef - all are yummy!

Excellent! I had the Big Daddy tostada. It was more than I could eat and absolutely delicious! I loved the homey atmosphere of the dining area. A gem of Safford.

Best place to order and get fresh hot food without all the waiting plus the staff is friendly and thankful and I highly recommend this restaurant.

One of my favorite places to eat! Always good service and food. Love the Indian fry bread, the Sonoran enchiladas are great! Love everything! This last visit I tried their tamale and and it was the best I've had in a long time!

I am from out of town and have ate here on two occasions. The restaurant is exceptional. The food was delicious, servers were quick, but not too quick, and super friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for food Hispanic food.

Wonderful service, good food, clean atmosphere, all make for a geat evening with the family. Options on the menu for kids make taking the whole family easy. Moved away and came back, still as good as I remember if not a little better. Love the Salsa tray with 2 options and refried beans! Keep up the good work.
