Phoenix Fire Department Station 25

Today I received a horrible call that the house next door to mine was on fire and quickly spreading to my house. With the quick response of Dept. 25 my house was saved with just minor scorching to the fascia board and wood fence. There is no way to ever say Thank You enough to these fireman.

I am truly blessed to have such a quick acting husband and fire department..One of my neighbors houses was on fire and she was asleep in the room... As he was leaving to go to work he saw the smoke and broke the door in. She was asleep and he saved her from the fire... She started to cry and told him thank you for saving my life!!! I am so grateful for him and how quick acting and loving he is... Thank you husband and Phoenix fire department 20 for helping our community xo❤🙏

Rescue 25 B Shift had to come to our house this evening because of an injury my wife had and we could not get her h=back into bed. The crew was awesome. They were very understanding and helpful.

My dog was stuck in a storm drainage dp got here and got to work right away , within a few they rescued him thank you Phoenix fire department you are much appreciated.

I felt like they took me as a joke I’m on the floor in pain telling them I cannot get up I have five guys all around me telling me to get up myself with no help I attempted to falling again yet putting more trauma on a already swollen foot for them to basically refuse to take me to the ER with every excuse how it’s ok and a little ice and rest will make it all better I ended having my family drive me to the ER to which I had EXRAYS done to find I fractured my bone it two places and Monday they decide if I need surgery

I’ve called this fire dept many times and not once did they answer. I even went in to the station and knocked and knocked and rang the door bell and still no response. I went around the gates and still all the doors and gates were locked. Two days in a row doing this and still nothing
