The food is served quickly. The food isn't spectacular. But it's good. Better than most of the Mexican joints in safford. Communication is a little hard to comprehend at times. Prices are fair. One of the best in Graham county. Thank you

Who knew that a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant in Safford has one of the best chimichangas in the Southwest?

Safe to say, I was pleasantly surprised by Los Jilbertos, and their chimichanga scores a high 11 points on the 13 point universal scale of chimichanga deliciousness. The tortilla was excellent and perfectly fried. The beans are on the runny side, which is way better than that dry, caked mess you get at a lot of places. The cheese to beans ratio in the chimi was perfect. The lettuce and pico and guac were all fresh and delicious, and their green salsa was perfect.

And on top of it all, the customer service and speed of service were phenomenal. Way to go, y’all. Five stars ALL DAY, for the food. Sometimes they mess up your order, and their communication in the kitchen could use improving. Just check your food before you go and you’ll be fine.

Had a late night breakfast burrito and 3 rolled tacos. Now I know why there is always a line going through the drive thru! Yummy

First time trying the Shrimp Plate with flour tortillas. Sooo Yummy!!! We walked-in and ordered from inside. Employees were nice and welcoming. For a rush hour, cook and line cook was on point. Great food. Great services... Thank you guys! 👌🏼

The food is great here! Even though the prices are a bit high, they don't hold back on quantity. Head's up though, they only take cash, so hit up the ATM before heading over there.

My favorites are: adobada plate, super fries (with or without enchilada sauce), Arizona burro, and potato, egg, ham, & cheese burro. Both red and green salsas are good, but on some things, I like to mix them together.

Absolutely love their food. I get a burrito that I have them make to my special order and they don't have any problems with doing it like most places would, and they make it on point...

Fresh made chips are awesome, tortillas are fresh, honestly the food is amazing!

This small town establishment obviously had more interest making delicious food than impressing people. Just out of state travelers getting lucky. Thank you Los Jibertos, hit the spot perfectly.

Always delicious and fresh! Sizes do fluctuate, it is sometimes a guess 🤔 .
We have reasons we keep returning - authentic flavor, comfort food, good people work there.
They've been flexible with some changes on menu items - Carne Asada "burrito": no tortilla, in a box, all the ingredients.

It was absolutely AMAZING! My husband is in town for work and we have been searching for good mexican food. Being from Texas we are really picky and opinionated when it comes to good Mexican food. I thought we were out of luck after multiple failures in town. We decided to stop by Los Jilbertos for lunch today and it was amazing. I would 100% recommend the restaurant to anyone who asked. If you are looking for great food and great service you need to stop here+

Super friendly and courteous service. The food was great as always. Plus it was quite busy but they got the cats rolled through pretty quick. Had 5 cars ahead of me when I got there and I waited in line about 10-12 mins tops. I was very impressed with that. Definitely worth the wait though.

Absolutely love the remodel. The food is always fresh. Tasty. And done right. Not extra healthy or greasy. My wife had the rolled tacos, I had the nachos and they were great.

Update: inflation has hit them & they have had to raise their prices, I get that, but $6.50 for a bean & cheese. Really? Most everything else Has gone up $2.00. $13.00 for super fries?

Love this little place. The best bean and cheese burritos I’ve ever had, their beans are so so good. Their super fry burrito is also one of the best I’ve ever had. This is in my opinion the best food place in Safford and Thatcher area.

Haven't been here in a while until and I'd comment on the food and stuff but all the other comments already do that.

I just wanted to say thanks for being open 24 hours. Us night shifters really appreciate it. The food is great as always. And it's so much better than stopping at McDonald's which is the only other thing open at 2 am.

I've always loved this place ever since I can remember. The burritos were perfect, as always. Thank you for the awesome service as well. I am super thankful they're still around and in business. $$Cash.00 only, so bring your dollar dollar bills :D

A must stop for my family and I when in town. Delicious food and worth the wait at times.
