I've been coming to this office for help and to get questions answered for 3 years.
I've always left happy and feeling confident about my AHCCCS HEALTH Ins.

I was just at Sierra Vista Arizona office and made a mess of my online accounts I didn’t navigate very well April was there and she was fabulous and absolutely awesome At Customer Service thank you APRIL you’re great and deserve a raise! YOU MADE MY LIFE EASIER AND MADE MY DAY! Thanks again April

They used to be awesome! However now since we have the "convenience" of turning paperwork in online they have ZERO clue that anything is being turned in and will send you a letter denying you because you didn't turn in paperwork. I work while they're open and am not allowed my phone on the floor so I can't call every 5 minutes to see if they're doing their job! Instead of correcting their mistake they made me reapply. AGAIN. More time wasted still with no food. I had to hit up every food bank sometimes more than once thankfully they were understanding and let me.

If I could give -5 I would. This place is a laughable joke. Spent 45 mins giving me false information and had me waiting for no reason for a robot with more brain cells then the two men put together to solve my issue in thirty seconds.

Been trying to get some actual help, and all they do is the bare minimum! If you're not going to help those who come in, then you shouldn't even work there.
