Our 3 night stay was beyond expectations! Super friendly, welcoming and smiling staff. Our 3rd floor king bedroom was large+ and very comfortable. Quiet at night. Partial mountain views.The kitchenette was a real plus, too. The included breakfast was the standard fare but the evening soup, salad and certain drinks was a novelty we'd never experienced.
Good location for golf courses.
Highly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

What a gem! Excellent customer service, big comfy beds, big rooms with seating areas and kitchenettes, nice big hot breakfasts, nightly happy hour with free food and drinks. Great coffee. Early check-ins, late check outs. Can’t say enough about what a nice experience they create here. The front desk staff is awesome and very accommodating. The older gentleman working the front desk night shift saw me eating in the lobby last night and came over and offered a beverage to go with my meal. Kudos to the team, you guys rock!

This was an unexpected hotel. They offered more than any other hotel I visited in Southern Arizona. Free food, soda, water, alcohol, pool, spa. It was not the best but for the offer and cleanliness it made it a great hotel. I would stay there again.

This is a wonderful Sierra Vista hotel! I haven't stayed in all SV hotels, but this place is so good, I don't need to look further. This is not a "corporate" hotel. Coming here, you are supporting an independent business. That is very important to me. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the amenities and bonus features like the happy hour and snacks are great to have. If you're scoping out Sierra Vista or will be in the general area for a while and need a place to settle, this is a great place because you've got a kitchenette and can settle in while you do your thing. Most of all, the staff here impressed me very much. People make a huge difference in a business. Everyone from the concierge, cleaning, and maintenance, and management office is super friendly, professional, and you don't get the feeling that people here hate their jobs like you would at some of the corporate places. I even got some extra help here with some things that are not hotel- or trip-related and met some other wonderful guests during my stay. Highly recommended! I will definitely return again soon.

Had business @ Ft Huachuca. Stayed here couple weeks ago. I am normally a very strict Hilton guy when business travelling.
Hotel was really nice. People were a lot nicer than most of Hilton folks I've been dealing with lately.

Loved this place! It's not a 5-star hotel like the Ritz is a 5-star hotel, but for an inexpensive place, it is a home run. We arrived about 8pm and were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming young lady at the front desk. We were offered two free drinks for their happy hour (what economy hotel does this??) then checked into a very clean room equipped with a fridge, microwave and electric stove. Pots and pans too. There's a modest buffet breakfast that was constantly being refreshed and tidied by the staff. Kudos to the management there - everyone we encountered seemed to really take pride in their jobs, from the desk staff to the young man vacuuming the hall in the morning to the woman supervising the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend, and we will be back!

I was floored by my experience! I travel business consulting across and this hotel was super friendly and super accommodating. Made my bed every day, got all my used towels out of my room everyday, restocked everything every day. Even offer free beer and soda every day! I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing them when talking to their staff, I felt like they actually cared and wanted to talk to me. I loved staying at this hotel, I hope to someday come back!

Such a nice hotel, you even have a mini kitchen, and two complimentary beers per room at happy hour!

The staff here is super friendly, I had to get issued a new key 3 times because I'm a ditz and kept loosing my key, I know they were probably fed up by key number 3 but they never let it show. They also offer free breakfast, free dinner, and happy hour you can get 2 free drinks per room once a day. The room was so nice it even had a kitchenette area with dishes and utensils in the cabinets. This hotel was so warm and inviting, if we need a hotel again I will definitely be looking for this one.

Had a great experience. Staff was very polite. Room was clean. They had a small gym that is available to guest. I used the treadmill daily. Best part is happy hour, they served snacks and you get two free beers or sodas daily. Rooms had dinette and direct TV. The only thing is they are a little outdated. Will definitely return when I get back the area.

I had multiple questions at check in (from out of state) all that Gabbi handled with excellence! You get two free alcoholic beverages at check in , I was happy to see that they had nonalcoholic beer too ! I got wine and my hubby alcohol free beer . Free nachos and snacks . Kids were so happy !! Pool was perfectly heated and hot tub was hot and awesome. Super quiet . Would come again in a heartbeat!!!

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner served daily. 1 Free drink per person for your room everyday ( alcohol too ! ) close to shopping centers and a nice array of meal choices. Highly recommend it.

One of the best motels we have stayed at in a long time. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was very good 👍too. We really liked the happy hour with 2 free drinks. The lobby was always very clean as well. Great views of the mountains while enjoying a drink and the free snacks. The room are very nice and clean with all the amenities needed to cook your on meals if you want. The only draw back we found was the mattress was in need of an update because it was a little to hard for our liking. But we still give it a 5 star. We will be back. We liked Sierra Vista so much, we are considering buying a home there and relocating to this beautiful city.

Rooms and furniture were a little dated but the price could not be beat. Exceptionally clean rooms and lobby. Breakfast included and the free happy hour drinks were a bonus! We'd stay again.

Price was good, the bed was comfy, and the service was nice. They were even giving a free beer on tap to all of-age guests, a very welcomed and appreciated gesture for these 2 exhausted travelers! Breakfast had a wide variety of offerings, we felt well rested for the next day! I hope they keep that free beer deal going.

The manager and other counter workers were great as always. The spa was nice and clean and hot. Room was clean and very comfy. The breakfast great not just good. All the workers very pleasant would stay again .

Very well priced; king suite very clean; stove top; kitchen items; microwave; everything works; staff very friendly. Only complaint: internet somewhat iffy, even when using T-Mobile hotspot. Highly recommend especially if you do not require perfect internet reception.

This was a clean and quiet hotel for the price. The amenities were awesome and the staff would go out of their way to service you. I highly recommend this place. My only not so positive comment is they only had two handicap parking spaces. When I left the hotel at 5:50 am to run to Walmart I was disappointed when I returned 30 mins later and the handicapped spot was gone that quick and that early in the morning. I had to park a long way to the very last spot on the lot. It was grueling walking as far as I had to walk back to the front door of the hotel. With more handicap spaces...I would not have had to do that with my disability.

This was a great place to stay for 1 night and I could see it would be an excellent choice for extended stays. They had a happy hour at check-in offering your choice of snacks & free drink which included craft beers. Perfect on a hot day! Didn't use the pool or hot tub although we sat out there for more than an hour, but they looked clean and well kept.

Clean rooms were good size suites and no shortage of amenities. Staff friendly in kitchen at breakfast and at front desk. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Easy to find from main hwy through Sierra Vista although Google Maps made it more difficult than it needed to be. Ordered take-out delivery from one of many restaurants nearby for supper without issues.

We booked this room by phone site & reviews unseen & last minute when we couldn't get a room in Bisbee one night, but we'll book here for sure next trip because its a great facility and only 20 mins from Bisbee anyway. Worth the drive!
