McDonald's

It's a McDonald's, the food was hot and delicious, the fries were hot and juicy. Drinks were great, prices have gone up definitely.

Manager and employees are great. I just can't get on board with the order kiosks. A lot of people need jobs. Just made me kind of sad to see kiosks replacing humans.

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru..they gave our food to the car in front of us. When we got our food it was cold.

This McDonalds generally has excellent service and reasonably good quality food. The woman with the dyed green hair, who works mornings, treats all customers quite well. The remodeling I am told will be completed around 10 March 2018

High volume location. Fairly busy for lunch but we were served inside quickly using the digital menu. Keeping tables wiped clean for customers is the only suggestion, but if understaffed, during high turnover- its understandable. Will come back again.

I am a regular visitor. The quality of food and coffee is consistently good. Sometimes when they are understaffed, they have messed up on the orders… but overall good experience.

The staff here went above and beyond to hurry out 3x40piece chicken nuggets, 2x13piece cookies packs and 4 large fries for the kids D&D groups at Orbital Games! They were friendly, fast and very helpful! Thank you all so much!

I've always preferred this McDonald's over the one on fry Blvd. Mainly cause the service is so nice and they're really fast.

Very busy at lunchtime, but not a long wait. I got the new deluxe chicken sandwich; it was really good. I also got a cup of water and it was excellent. Seems strange to say, but some places the water tastes nasty because they need to change their filters or something. 👍

Always a great place to get a fresh burger, pretty much everything on the menu is good. The ice cream machine is working 80% of the time so they are better than others.

Very modern, clean and friendly. The new kiosk is easy to use and fast.

I usually go through the driveway or do curbside pickup orders. I don't usually have issues with my order unless it is a new hire, but they are always great about fixing anything that was missing in the bag.

Breakfast sandwiches were served at the window. I had to pull around to get my hot cocoa drinks. They took 10 minutes!

Exceptional Customer Service at The Canyon de Flores McDonald's:

This morning, at the above mentioned McDonald's, no staff member was at the counter to refill coffee.
Flynn, on his meal break near the cash registers offered to refill the coffee.
His offer was politely declined instantly. He was on his well earned break and it was desired not to disrespect his merited time off.
But thanks for such a positive response and willingness to show appreciation for his customers. It is sure hoped he can retain this quality for many years to come!

We signed a contract to purchase the home we live in now at this McDonald's back in September. Some of the employees got wind of what we were doing and freely offered their congratulations. Nice. The coffee is excellent too...

The team was extremely friendly and polite! The internet was great. The bathrooms were spotless. The food came fast, hot and yummy! Our visit couldn't have been better! Thanks All!

Absolutely luv the oatmeal with raisin/cranberries and the diced apples; yummy! Healthy Energy to start my day. With mccoffee of course!

This is the friendliest McDonald's I have ever been to. My husband and I frequently Sierra Vista for work and we always stop here for great service and clean restrooms. The lives piano music, if you can catch it, is an awesome touch.

This is a the best McDonald's in our area. Always clean and such nice employees. The food is always fresh and hot. The coffee is always the way I want it. My coffee order is complicated. Lol
