I love their grooming service in Frankfort! The appointments are easily scheduled and they send reminders so you don’t forget that you have the appointment. Our pup knows why we are there when we walk through the doors and she does not hesitate at all. After we check in at the desk, she waits at the door to be let into the grooming area. That tells me that she enjoys the grooming and the people. She comes out happy and clean with well trimmed nails. Mickenzie is fantastic.

THANK YOU LYNSEY @ THE FRANKFORT STORE!! Attempted to buy a wireless fence on-line to pick up in store. Sale was canceled by Petco and said item was out of stock in Frankfort store (this item was also on sale for a great price + there was a percentage off if buying on-line and picking up in store). I went to the Frankfort store to check for other containment systems and the item I tried to purchase was there but the associate said the sale price was to be for online purchase only. I showed her where we attempted to buy online and was told the item was out of stock. She said "if the item numbers match then I will give it to you for the online price". As expected, the numbers matched and I was able to purchase the item for the online sale price. I didn't get the online %discount but I understood that. Thank you Lynsey for making things right! That is the service that will keep customers coming back!

Took my 8 Month Old American Bulldog "Razzle" there for the first time today. He couldn't make up his mind which toy he wanted lol... Joliet checked us out and was so friendly to us both.

Fishy , Petco never has fish and very hard to get supplies, their app and online says in stock but when you go in it's not there..

Again today not the product we needed l! Had to purchase a knock off

I have no complaints. The staff are helpful and pleasant. I love that there are coupons and a rewards program to sign up for. We went to Puppy Playtime today (Free opportunity) and had a good time. They also run sales on items often. We got a Christmas sweater for our dog at 40% off in December. Cool place, lots of animal varieties and needs, nice environment. No complaints.

The staff knew what they were talking about. Very friendly and outgoing. The young man who helped us really knew fish. The dos and dont's of which ones. I was impressed. He didn't just work there, he was good at his job. Thank you for that

Great place. Made an appointment when Vetco came in. They were all fantastic. Both the Petco crew and the Vetco crew were very competent and friendly. They treated my dog, Ralph well. He's happy.

Jacob, the store manager, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I came in panicked over my sick cat... he calmed me down by showing me a variety of options. That was the BEST customer service I have received in a LONG TIME! This Sir, deserves some accolades for really taking an authentic interest in helping US, as he spoke about our fur babies. Even if this product isn't the solution, he made a lasting impression on me as a customer, that I now will be because of his service!

Best place to get anything you need for you little one or bigger one LOL

Cherokee is absolutely 💯 professional and aims to please. She is so gentle with my 6lb terrior who is very anxious 😟 about his grooming. I hope she never leaves...I don't know what I would do!! Thank you so much 💕!!!

Placed my order online and it was ready by the time I got to the store. I am only 10 minutes away. The associates are always willing and ready to help with what I need. Even though it is busy at times, they acknowledge us and get to us as soon as they can when dealing with other customers. I like that.
