Had a couple electrical projects that were a bit too much for my husband to attempt and had been putting it off for more than a year. I finally decided to just call a professional and get it done. I chose Zappo electric because of the good reviews and I've seen their vans around the neighborhood at times, so I figured they were pretty legit. I wasn't let down. Brian is great. On time, professional, and does quality work. I found him to be reasonably priced and his approach was that he cared for the work as if he were working on his own home.I definitely recommend Zappo Electric.

I am building a detached workshop for my house, and had them review my electrical panel and wiring, prior to state inspection. Their techs were on time and helped out greatly! I had to adjust a couple things, which will help make my inspection a success. Thank you Zappo!

Will definitely be using Zappo again. I had a issue with a outlet, Gary was sent out to do the repair. He was extremely nice and helpful and honest. He fixed the issue in a timely manner, power was restored.Agian very nice and helpful. And their prices are very reasonable. Extremely satisfied with their business.

Called Zappo for an estimate on adding a NEMA 14-50 in the garage for our EV. They came out for the quote next business day (took about 10 minutes). They had straight forward pricing so I agreed to the job. Didn't have to worry about some contractor sizing you up to see how much they could squeeze from your wallet. Communication was outstanding and customer service was on point. Highly recommend!

The technician who came out ( I am embarrassed to say I totally forgot his name) was on time, courteous, & professional (& my dogs absolutely adored him which is a huge bonus). He was able to solve my electrical problem which had stumped two prior electricians..He changed out some outlets, got the plug and hall light working again and the laundry room light. He took the time to explain what the problem was and was able to get straight to work following the estimate. The pricing was clearly explained . At first I thought it was a little pricey but after researching ,I realized electrical work is just pricey, everything now is pricey. I felt that I definitely got my money's worth with these guys. They went above and beyond and they will be the first ones I call when I ever need any electrical work done in the future.

I LOVE this company. They came in after another electrician totally hosed my house and fixed the initial problem. Unfortunately my switches in the laundry room seemed to have a short. They came back out, took the time to fix the problem and didn't charge me. Very professional and I would highly recommend them. Thanks Brian, Rick, Gary and Tyler!! 7/9/22 - I'm updating my review so I can let everyone know how impressed I am with this company! After fixing the initial mess the first electrician left for me, I discovered another issue where my doorbell had been incorrectly wired into my garage light switch! Brian and Fernando came out today and had to track back all of the work the first guy did to find the issue. They were thorough, kept me informed of what they were doing the entire time and got everything working the way it should be. I will gladly give referrals to anyone I know who is looking for an electric company and I can't thank them enough. I can breathe easier now!

Brian phoned me right away after I had processed a contractor request through Home Depot. After explaining my problem with no electricity in one of my rooms, he talked me through some things to check before having to commit to a service call. I found the problem exactly where he said it might be! I am extremely grateful for his expertise and kindness in sharing a solution. I will call Zappo for any future electrical issues and definitely recommend them.

I hired Zappo Electric to change a light fixture to its own dimmer switch in a bathroom. They were willing to work with my tight schedule and showed up on time. They kept me updated on how things were going along the way. It ended up harder than planned because of the design of my house. They let know ahead of time of the extra work and cost. I’m happy with the results and plan to hire them again for another project. The only small thing to say is they left the bathroom a little dusty but it only took me a couple minutes to vacuum up. I understand they were late for the next appointment and would have cleaned up the dust otherwise.

As a former electrical inspector, I expected a lot from the electrician on my project. The owner Brian from Zappo responded quickly and gave me a free estimate on the work that I wanted. Shyla was always available in their office to take my calls and answer my questions, and was very pleasant to work with.
My project would have two phases, one for the rough wiring and one for the trim out. His technicians Gary and Tyler were on time, highly skilled, and professional and they passed both of their City inspections the first time.
I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Brian came out the same day of the call! I was having an issue with my pool pump not starting, and Brian was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue on the same visit! Gary and Tyler communicated with me, the scheduled time for my installation was 1100-1300 but they notified me early at 1000 and let me know they would be at my home soon. They showed up at 1030, communicated everything they were going to do and were very quick. The installation looks great and the fan is awesome!!! Both of them were super cool, respectful and professional. On the way out I thanked them and let them know I may be using their services again.
