Dr. Hoblitzell looked at my X-rays and diagnosed the problem and remedy. He was very concerned and asked if I had any questions. Very good at explaining diagnose and procedure.

Fast and efficient, got quick diagnosis, meds, and plan of attack if issue continues to exist.

I think it's really inconsiderate that as a patient scheduled for an appointment that I wait for an 1 hr 15 plus after my scheduled appointment even though I arrived 15 minutes early to finish all paperwork, so a total of an hour and a half and that is ok!! Why did I make an appointment I could have walked in then, right!!

And when I asked another patient of the practice they said this is normal. I expect to have a 20 minute overlap but we also have jobs, responsibilities, appointments and lives to attend to ... needless to say after all this wait I had to leave without having my appointment because I had other responsibilities... so again this is inconsiderate and disrespectful. As patients we took the time to make it on time and earlier... please schedule us right so we can have the respect we deserve.
