This place is legitimate. I had a trade in that was worth more than the truck I was buying and he delivered on all promises. The owner cares about providing a good vehicle at a good price. Clean, well taken care of lot with no hassles. Highly recommend.

I purchased a 2004 Chevy Colorado from Right Auto back in March of 2022. Truck runs flawlessly etc. I ran into a few issues earlier this year with the registration (2022) that the title wasn’t released from the state as the previous owner had something done to the title. I kept calling Right Auto over the past few months in what was going on, they had no answer to my question. I got impatient due to no results, as I felt I was getting the run around. Jim (car salesman) and John (Owner of the dealership) did they due diligence in finding out this issue, at the same time provided me with temporary plates to hold me over until they find out the issue. Even though I was impatient with everything on going they were able to found resolution to my issue.

This whole time while I was impatient and not the best person to deal with, Jim and John were excellent with their customer service. The state made a huge mistake in not releasing the title at all, which caused an issue with registration. I ended up getting a ticket from Tempe on my registration being expired. John stepped in and took care of that issue without any hesitation. These guys will take care of you no matter what.

If you’re having doubts about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, don’t be they will take care of you. My significant other has purchased a vehicle from them and I have as well. I will purchase my next truck from them. John and Jim will go the extra mile for you as they care about their customers more than anything!! So just purchase a vehicle from them already haha!

I have been hesitant to buy a car from a dealership a bad experience from another place over 15 years ago. I found my dream vehicle with Jim and John here at Right Auto and Trucks. Jim was very understanding about taking the vehicle to be checked. He knew he was selling us a good vehicle! He even went to the extent of helping us find a better finance rate on the car! They also have the best prices around, even my loan officer was surprised at how good of deal we got! They helped us get our dream vehicle. Best dealership my family has ever bought from. Tyler was very professional, patient and helpful. After driving to a bank and having issues acquiring a loan there, he was able to set us up with a good deal at another bank and we didn't even have to drive down there. We ended up buying a truck and driving it off the lot on the same day. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to dealing with them again.

I was greeted by the owner, John, who was very courteous and friendly. It's a small office with a few friendly fellas not being pushy and really made it feel like they genuinely just want to give a fair deal. I traded in an old Honda Civic, for which they gave me a fair trade value, and got a great deal on a Ram 1500. These guys really went the extra mile to make myself, my wife, and daughters comfortable and had us smiling the whole time. One of the easiest car buying experiences ever and I definitely recommend giving them a go.

I was getting beyond stressed out shopping for a car due to car salesmen trying to get me into a vehicle that wouldn't fit my needs. I ran down and checked out a 2014 Nissan Rogue Select that they had. Immediately I could tell Charlie wasn't trying to push me into a car. I test drove the car and loved it. I ended up having to come back, Charlie and Jim were so awesome that they set the car aside for me and had it cleaned! They not only had a great deal on my car but they also have great business ethics! I work in sales for a living and nothing is more annoying than a car salesman!
When I came back with my husband to buy the car they topped it off for me. My husband (who is hard to impress) was very impressed with these guys!

I don't normally take the time to write a review but after my experience with John at Right Auto I had to share my experience. I have found my go to for any of my vehicle needs! John was very easy to work with and made the car buying experience a smooth and painless process. They had a nice selection of vehicles and was able to purchase a great looking vehicle at a good price for my wife that she and I are very happy with! This was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. Mike was my awesome sales person but the entire staff rolled out the red carpet. The entire purchasing process was fast & simple. They even took care of the insurance & registration process for me!!! How's that for convenience. If I could rate them 10 🌟 I would. I would recommend this dealership the best in AZ hands-down. I wert to several dealerships before I found them & I was turned down by all of them. Mike told me he wouldn't ask to run my credit if he didn't think I would be approved and he stood by his word. I am truly grateful to have found them!!!! P.S. all of the vehicles are very clean and upkept not like many of the places I've been to.

5 star service start to finish. Had the pleasure of working with John the owner. I contacted him about a vehicle the day prior to making the trek to Mesa. He set up an appointment and had the vehicle ready to go upon my arrival. He gave me all pertinent information about it, and let me test drive, kick the tires and even scan the ECU. He gave me a great deal on an excellent car. Out the door I was still under blue book value which is a plus. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Great Job!

The vehicle we bought was in good condition, as he described, and confirmed by my dealership and separate mechanic. This is sales with integrity.
