I messed up and I was able to call the same day, and I told them that I was going to be showing up late. They helped me out when I showed up an hour before the adjusted appointment time. The doctor on staff along with all the individuals that I met were amazing. I’m in tears writing this review for how well they treated me. I can’t thank everyone enough. They helped me through my time when I needed to put down my baby boy. I had Rocky for 11 years, and even though he’s a rabbit, he has been a huge part of my life. The best thing was getting letter in the mail from everybody that worked there. The respect in the passion that they give to you means so much. I didn’t think that it would feel so good for me after what I have gone through along with my baby boy, but to get a letter in the mail makes it feel so personal and it does reflect the people that work at this location. Thank you very much. I have read that letter every night and it helps me with missing my baby boy. Thank you for being personal, it means a lot.

My older dog was in major pain. Every step of this bad situation was handles with love from everyone involved. They gave me all my options and clearly told me costs and time frame. So glad to have them available when things go wrong with my pets!

Both of the exotic vets that we have taken our guinea pigs too here are great! They have shown a lot of care and are very knowledgeable. All the staff here are also friendly and helpful. Prices are not too high either. It's a bit of a drive to get there, but it's definitely worth it.

we love love love dr kim and dr wallace. we come from 40 minutes away with our ferrets. they have provided great care for our babies over the years and we are so thankful. 💖

We have been bringing our dogs to All Creatures for years. Dr. Wallace is the best! She is so gentle and sweet with our fur babies. The whole clinic has always made sure that our pups get seen as quickly as they can (within their schedule of course). I highly recommend if you are looking for a vet!

The staff was amazing! Our dog had too have an emergency surgery and have her uterus removed, it was a very emotional and hard day to go through but they were so supportive and good with her! She is home and recovering they have answered and helped with any questions or concerns I have had since the surgery! We will definitely continue too go too them for all her veterinary needs from now on!

I took my 20 month old Aussie Doodle puppy in for an urgent issue. Dr Wallace resolved the issue and within minutes Dr Wallace and the vet tech were on the floor playing with Shelby! Where else can your pup receive that type of treatment and attention!!!

Absolutely wonderful place. Dr.Wallace is amazing in everyway and has a heart of gold. She treats my ball python as if it was her own baby. As long as im in Ohio, this is the place I will go for all of my snakes needs. I highly recommend to come here if you want knowledgeable people and all around kindness. If I could rate a 10.. Twas our first time there, and my dodgey boy was getting something sensitive drained & he was NOT up for it, they brought him back, gave me some doggy downers and some pain meds/antibiotics & anti inflammatory and scheduled me back in the next day. I love that they were patient with him and didn't push him to just "get it over with" they cared about his distress and I very much appreciated that and I'm sure he did too. We came back the 2nd day and he did very well, I am grateful they took the time to get him comfortable and situated. It showed how much they cared about my sweet angel faced muffin boy. They'll be my vet from here on out, and I'll be bringing my 2nd muffin boy in next week for a checkup ❤

Dr. Hogan is the absolute best, hands down! We would drive over an hour to see her when she worked at Grady’s and followed her when she moved to All Creatures! She’s the only vet I trust to see my ferrets and dogs (which are like my children). She takes the time to answer all of your questions and address any concerns. She’s upfront and honest which I respect completely! I’m a helicopter mom when it comes to my fur babies and Dr. Hogan never seems bothered by my paranoid self and my many questions!

Thank you Dr. Hogan for treating my ferret Keda (and all of my other fur babies) with such love and kindness! I will forever be grateful for the care that you provided and continue to provide. Your hard work, compassion, dedication, and your love for your profession does not go unnoticed 🖤

Everyone is so caring of all of our pets. Cassie took time to keep Cooper comfortable while thoroughly cleaning his ears. Dr. Wallace has such a wonderful manner with Cooper, engaging him in being examined, making sure he is comfortable with what is going on.

I called them at 6 pm after a coyote mauled my favorite pet chicken, Lavender. I was not a patient at the time. I wrapped her in a blanket and of we went. They were about to close. ACAH took Lavender right away and peacefully put her to sleep. Then they sent me a beautiful card. This means a lot. People laugh and say she was just a chicken, but she was a freaking cool chicken.

Dr. Gladis and staff were phenomenal, very polite, informative, and professional from intake to exit. They were able to examine our exotic fur babies on short notice. Exemplary Service.

Always very friendly and knowledgeable love all the people up there and so does Chachi. They always spoil Chachi with treats and love

We use Lauern C. as our groomer and we LOVE her. The entire grooming staff is wonderful. They are so kind and gentle with our boy and he always looks top notch handsome! Travis also loves Gwen 💘 she is a very sweet and welcoming person.

All creatures is a great place to take your pet. They care about your pet. I have a tortise Dr. Kim is excellent. They take all pets, reptiles, . Great place.

All Creatures Amelia is full of some of the best vets in the area. They show the utmost care and compassion for your pets. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Specifically, Dr. Hogan is what I would consider to be the gold standard for veterinarians. She is friendly, knowledgeable and has a certain calming aura when she advises you on the best care plan for your pet no matter how stressful a situation. I truly cannot say enough about her and All Creatures. We are moving away next month and one of our biggest concerns is that we will not be able to find a vet’s office that will be able to match the care provided here.

Had a Vet appointment today with Dr. Hogan for my dog (Blu). This veterinarian has got to be one of the nicest I’ve ever been to. Actually, they’re all pretty good. Not sure if Dr. Meakin’s (both)did the hiring here or not but this group really is top notch. The grooming dept does great work as well.

I take all my pets here. I love their plans they offer and have used the puppy plan on every single one of my dogs.
They are very knowledgeable about any problems and issues offering great advice. They also offer visits to help your dog be less afraid of going to the vet. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are always respectful and take their time if any animal is nervous of them.
They always check to make sure your animals are doing well and even respect the fact that I work nights and try not to call to early in the day!
