Northern Cochise Community Hospital

I went in tonight for bad back pain. It was super busy. If it was not for Courtney, I am not sure how long I might have been there. I just want to make sure Courtney gets acknowledged for her super hard work. She was so sweet and made sure she took care of everything and everyone. I cannot emphasize enough how well I was treated at Northern Cochise County Hospital. From the time I walked into the emergency department I was greeted and made to feel like I was the only patient they had. They were caring, yet totally professional. Dr. Paul Castle was very thorough and explained by condition in a way that I understood. I was admitted overnight for observation.
On the floor Dr. Stephanie Williams was there to explain everything that was being done for me. Again in terms I understood. Christina, my nurse was cheerful as well as the other nurses I saw during my stay. They made me feel like I was the only one they had to take care of.
We were traveling through the area when I took sick. I have been to many hospitals from local to John’s Hopkins in Maryland. I wish I lived in this area because this would be my hospital of choice. Thank you to the staff of NCCH.

We were in the middle of a 17 hour road trip when our 7 month old spiked at 103 fever. This was the nearest hospital so it's where we stopped. They were so nice and fast. It was 3am and we were the only ones there. They immediately took my baby's vitals and gave her meds to bring her temperature down. The 4 hours was waiting for the tests to come back to tell us she had RSV (and not something bacterial that she would need antibiotics for). The doctor came in after the test results came back and was so nice. He wrote her a script and we continued on our road trip.

If you are in a strange town, hundreds of miles from home and a medical emergency occurs, Wilcox is the place to be. The team running the emergency room a h was extremely attentive, caring, and genuinely pleasant. The nurses were all very knowledgeable and efficient. We couldn't have asked for better care. Thanks to everyone!! You made a bad situation bearable!

I was traveling through and needed some care. They were friendly, prompt, solved one problem, alerted me to one I wasn't aware of. I left some of my paperwork and the nice cat scan person chased me down 2 blocks away to give it to me. Wonderful care!

You all are amazing. Thank you for making covid testing so incredibly efficient. Here is safford it’s very hard to get a test thanks so much for taking Graham co residents

The stuff of this hospital understand my condition history very well and I am thankful for there trust and immediate care that I got .

Long time patient of the sulpher springs medical center, in the last 8 months we have seen great change . The front desk staff of Angela and Tara and a new girl are amazing we see Angela and Tara often and they always great us with a smile and are always willing to do whatever they can to help us. Zucet at sunsites is the sweetest possibly the best desk girl that clinic has ever had. HOWEVER we are very concerned that there is no manger again who I was redirected to as a manager was a lady who seemed overwhelmed and rude . Hopefully they work that out soon. Give them a try lots of things have changed there over the last year and it runs much much better then it did before.

Came into the Er. I believe i was having a stroke!,! The staff were very helpful and concerned. The Dr on that night was not particularly pleasant but i get it..the nursing staff however they do it is beyond me!..they keep the best smiles on you while theres complete chaos behind them..love you guys thankyou!

Me and my parents know there is something wrong with me, I have gone here multiple times and they have told me that I just pulled a muscle

(The stars are for the student nurses and nurses I dealt with today). Went into the Er for severe women’s health issues. The nurse that came in were very polite and humble, they were very respectful, giving the fact that I was completely alone and terrified for majority of my time there. I dealt with a couple of doctors, but the female doctor I dealt with was very aloof, horrible lack of compassion and bedside manner. Due to trauma response, there is a boundary that should never be a cross between a doctor and a patient regarding that trauma response. The female doctor that I dealt with today over cross that line by a lot. She had a very dramatic emotional response to a very traumatic outburst then disregarding patient needs and making it about herself, stating “I shouldn’t have had an outburst like that, and that I hurt her feelings.” By the time I got discharged, I felt like I had wasted my time for an answer that completely disregarded my concerns. I then left with the same questions I had walked in with.
