Randy was a huge help with getting me set up on a new policy after I moved to a new state. He went the extra mile and made sure to get me the best deal possible, as quickly as possible and helped me avoid a lapse in coverage. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a great customer-minded insurance agent!

HAPPY 😊 MONDAY, I was not expecting the HIGH quality of assistance, I received today, when I called the office. I was confused and did not understand something with my policy. The young man that I spoke with, cleared everything up for me. There was NO wait time with the call, he spoke clearly, repeated everything that I said, which was verification, that he was truly listening to me, treated me with respect, and the issue was resolved within minutes of my call. Fred Martinez is a gentleman I started doing business with about 6 months ago when looking for a new company to compare rates for home and auto insurance. Fred was very knowledgeable and found comparable coverage at about half the premium as allstate. I had a couple of questions I needed answered and he responded quickly, so this is an example of a quality company (State Farm) and quality people working for them. I got an online quote over the weekend and at the start of the week they were reaching out to me to assist. I was able to get in contact easily, got within the same range I was quoted online and it was all quick and painless! My parents have been using them for years with no issues. Good service!!
