The Baron Group as a whole, and specifically Andrew and Rachel Duncan, made our home buying process so seamless! We were first time home buyers and were very anxious to take the leap. The Duncan’s made the process feel like a breeze. We initially met with Mitch and he was so kind and helped point us in the right direction. He made us feel welcome to the Baron Group family. Thanks all around for a phenomenal experience! We loved it so much, we referred my parents who are now in the process of selling their home with the Duncan’s. We couldn’t be more thankful!

Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful along our journey of finding our home. We closed in Dec 2023 after a long journey. Sarah supported us in the wide range of homes we looked at and really encouraged us to wait for the right home. She was very responsive, always positive and very detail oriented when it came to walking through the home and contract review. You won’t regret trusting her through this emotional journey.

Danny did an incredible job helping to sell our home in a rapidly changing market environment with mortgage rates that had doubled in the past year. I was someone who wanted to know every aspect of the home sale, so his knowledge of the market and any miniscule detail within the process made selling our home much less stressful. He honestly blew us away with his responsiveness, getting back to us quickly no matter the time or day of the week. If we ever sell our new home, we wouldn't consider anyone but Danny as our realtor again!

Sarah was so incredibly helpful to me through the first-time home buying process. I walked into the process almost clueless and she was like my guardian angel of real estate! Enter Mitch Kenney.

We first met with Mitch long before we were ready to start looking for a home. We spent an hour or so with him at MadTree where he educated us about the housing market, the home buying process, mortgages, interest rates etc. You name it, he covered it. He answered every question we had and we left that meeting feeling great about the process.

Fast forward a few months and we were ready to start actually looking/going to see houses. Mitch took us through any house we wanted to see and provided his honest opinion about each home and the quality of the home. This included things he liked about each home and things he saw as yellow/red flags about each home. He even showed us a home late the night before he was leaving early the next day for vacation. Throughout the entire home search he wasn't trying to "push us" into a house, cut his commission check and call it a day. He genuinely wanted to help us find the right house for us.

Well friends, he did just that. We found our first house in Pleasant Ridge and couldn't be happier. Mitch and team are phenomenal realtors and even better human beings. They are great people that you just enjoy working with.

Baron Group offers quarterly events for clients that are free and a lot of fun. Some past events include a free comedy show, Reds games and a photo shoot at Simple Portrait Project.

Johnny with the Baron Group was amazing!! I would not change a single thing he did. It was my first time buying a house and he explained every step of the process to me very thoroughly. He is very quick at responding at any time of the day. He knew exactly what I was looking for so he was about to help narrow down the houses that were on the market. He is a very honest and trustworthy guy and I always knew he had my best interest in mind. The day this condo was listed for sale was right before I left for vacation so I only had a couple hours available to see the house. Johnny dropped everything he was doing to meet me out there 2 hours after I texted him, if it wasn’t for him being available anytime I needed him I wouldn’t of been able to get the condo.
