Jon was incredibly patient with me as I am new to Cincinnati, and wasn't sure in what area I wanted to live. He also taught me a lot about how to choose the right home for me. We don't normally write reviews good or bad, but because the service and help that Jon provided us in purchasing our new home was so exceptional, we felt it was important to share our experience. We can say with 100% certainty, without Jon's representation, we would not have been successful in getting the house we wanted.

As most people know, the Cincinnati Housing Market has been far more favorable to sellers than buyers for the past few years. It has not been uncommon for sellers to receive multiple offers on their homes, for homes to go above asking price, and for interested buyers to walk away empty handed because their offers were not competitive. When we found a home we wanted to purchase, Jon was able to use his market knowledge and years of experience to help us craft a competitive offer.....and Jon understood and explained to us that was not just a function of price. As it turned out, there were multiple offers, and only because of Jon's on-going proactive communication with the buyer's agent were we able to get the house. That communication was essential....had Jon just sat on his hands (like we suspect most agents would have done) and waited solely to hear back on our initial offer, we would not have gotten the house.

If you are a serious buyer, and want someone who is super knowledgeable about the Cincinnati real estate market to help you craft an offer and do everything possible to maximize your chances of getting your "dream home", we would not hesitate to recommend Jon to represent you. Bonus: he is also a nice guy and easy to work with.

I highly recommend Jon to anyone serious about finding a home in the current market! We had worked with a different realtor previously and just gave up because we couldn't compete and couldn't figure out what to do differently. We put in countless offers and never got anywhere. Kept asking for feedback and what we should adjust/change/try, but always got vague responses and told to just keep trying. We later were referred to Jon and cautiously decided to try again. It was an ENTIRELY different experience - Jon takes the time to get to know exactly what you are looking for, explains the whole process to you from the start so there are no surprises or delays as you go through it, and takes each house you are interested in very seriously. Any question or concern you have, he will track it down and find out the info right away. He was always available to us throughout the day and evening - even on weekends and holidays (which he didn't have to do!). We were very impressed by his attention to detail and high quality of service. When he told us his clients typically only have to make a few offers before they land their home, we were skeptical given our past experience, but... to our great surprise, our second offer was accepted! Jon's superior skills really kick in once the offer is in motion as he views this as just the beginning of the process. He is busy behind the scenes gathering info and working on helping get your offer noticed and even adjusted as needed. It was through his diligence and skillful persuasive and negotiation skills that we were able to get an offer to the seller that they were happy with. Thanks to Jon, we are now in our very first home! He was able to deliver on all the things we wanted in a house - even things we didn't think possible. Untimely, you have the final say in how you proceed with the information you have, but Jon will provide all the details you need so that you can make decisions based on your needs. I was looking to buy my first house and very new to the whole process and Jon made every step of the way very easy providing advice and links and everything else required for me to quickly get out of my apartment lease and into a home within a very short window of time. Jon was an excellent, knowledgeable, and helpful realtor! We are so grateful for his help and patience since we were making the big move from NC to OH. He made it a point to be readily available under short notice (sometimes hours or minutes notice) when my husband and I were able to come into town to look at houses.
We loved his straight forwardness and helpful honesty throughout the process, especially since this was the first time my husband and I purchased a home. From helping us understand the loan details to making sure a TV worked, he assisted with every detail. He was always available to answer questions or work through any issues. Jon is an amazing realtor. We are new to the cincy area and had to do a hybrid buying experience with some in person and some out of town. I can't say how much I appreciate Jon guiding me through the home sales process. Given the market conditions when I sold and being the do it yourself type I really thought I was going to go it alone. However after talking with Jon and understanding his process and the market I am really glad I did not.
