Took a historical preservation class here. The instructor was very knowledgeable and full of historical facts about the area. Was well prepared had plenty of helpers to assist. Had tons of handouts.Lots of demonstrations.Can't say enough good things about this class. Am going to go back and tour the museum when I get a chance.

Until my most recent visit (I've been there twice now), I didn't realize that the display is swapped out a few times a year. So, be sure to stop by once in a while and see what's new. Also, the gift shop has some really nice stuff (some made by local artists) and their prices are very good.
