Wow I'm so happy with KG's technicians, Ray, Anthony and Armand. My washing machine that I've had 1 year and 15 days and is out of warranty by 15 days, was filled with water, door locked and error code after error code. Did I mention my home is under contract to sell and has the inspection in 4 days and the washer and dryer are in the deal!!! These guys were able to get it drained and clean the hose that had a nasty clog in it. They were so kind and professional! I'm so grateful it turned out not to be the original estimated price to take it apart and figure out what was going on. Thank you KGs appliances and amazing techs.....Ray, Anthony and Armand.

I just had a microwave installed. I received excellent service, and found the installers easy to work with. They had a good work ethic. And they cleaned up after themselves. I'll use them again. Susan

I was impressed of their customer service. I needed a particular size stove to fit and they researched until till they found one. They delivered, set up and hauled away the old one. Made my decision to purchase from them an easy one.

We purchased a dishwasher from KG's and had a great experience altogether. We got a fair price and great customer service. It's always nice to support local businesses, and we'll be back for any further appliance needs.

They delivered and installed a new refrigerator the same day I bought it. The installation people were friendly, courteous, knew what they were doing and were fast! Juli is also the best!!

Great place! I'm not sure why there's bad reviews but they were great to me. Our washer stopped working yesterday and our kids have graduation tomorrow so I was frantically trying to get the washer running to clean what we want to wear to graduation. I tore the washer apart and pulled the drain pump off and brought it in to see if they had a replacement. Everyone was extremely friendly but they said they did NOT have a replacement on hand. I said ok and walked out and got in the car and while waiting for my daughter to buckle up in her car seat the guy ran outside and stopped me and said he dug around and found a replacement. He looked over the pump I brought in to make sure that was in fact the problem and that the replacement was an exact match and it was so I went home and put it in and boom! Washing clothes in no time thanks to them! I called to ask the man's name who helped me and the lady answering the phone was very friendly too even though I think she thought I was calling to complain at first because I just asked the guys name who helped me lol. I looked on the receipt and his name is ray I believe so I highly recommend ray and the rest of these guys. You guys saved us from waiting for a week for Amazon to ship a replacement and it was $5 less than what Amazon charges as well. (Like 2 dollars less after tax but still). Thanks a ton from our whole family!

I am very pleased with the repair on my LG Refrigerator. The Techs responded quickly and the result is that my Refrigerator is working perfectly now. Highly recommend this company for appliance repair!

Tech came to my house and fixed the dryer quickly. Very nice person and he explained the problem. I would use this company again

Kgs came out the same day I called and was very thorough in finding the problem. He couldn't fix it but came up with a solution. Needed an electrician. Will call again when needed

This first part of my review was posted 4 years ago. Just moved to area and needed dishwasher repair. Couldn't have been happier with service in all regards. Armand was very courteous and expertise was great. Scheduling was perfect. We will be buying our appliances from KG. NOW I'm back 4 years later. Needed a dishwasher as the one they repaired had same problem now. Not their fault at all. Just shoddy parts. My husband and I purchased our dishwasher around noon and by 3:30 this afternoon it was in our kitchen all installed and ready to go to work. All friendly knowledgeable people. Once again, a very
pleasant experience.

I have used them twice now. The first time I knew what the problem was on my freezer, because I had already taken it apart myself and noticed the coils were all frozen… I thawed the coils out put it all back together and everything was good . I THOUGHT I had it fixed but a week later it did it again, so I went by KG’s and talk to the manager about having someone come out to check it out. Since I am a single older woman I’m always a little bit leery having service people come to my home because I fear they will try to upsell me or not be truthful so they make more money…

The manager scheduled and sent Armand to come to my home. He brought the necessary part(s)based on what I had told them when I visited their shop… Not only was Armand a complete gentleman he was very informative, arrived when he said he would, AND was kind enough not to charge me to service fee for coming out.

My unit is old, so another part relating to the same issue I had before caused it to do the same thing again several months later… I had no trouble or qualms with going to KG’s again. I explained what was going on with my freezer and set up the appointment right then to have Armand come back out. He replaced two parts this time, and one he did NOT charge me for. He did not charge me a service fee AGAIN!

Armand has over 40 years experience in repairing appliances, and you can tell! In spite of my misgivings with service people coming to my home, I felt I could trust them after talking to them in person and being satisfied with them the first visit. They’ve now been out twice and I have not one thing to complain about! Both times they told me they would be out between nine and noon, and both times Armand notified me that he was leaving Sierra Vista, so I knew approximately what time he would be at my house! I was the first customer of the day :-).

Both service calls my freezer was fixed right then. I gave the model number to them at the time of making my appointment, so he brought any necessary parts with him!

I usually read reviews before I contact anyone to do a service for me whether in my home or me taking something to them...So instead of calling KG’s, both times I actually went down to their business on Fry to speak to them in person…

I’m not sure what has happened in the situations where people have left bad reviews, but I suggest asking for Armand to come out if you need help. I say this because he has come out twice, he knows what he’s doing, and he fixes the problem. I’ve never had anyone else come out from this company (although Armand brought a tech in training with him this last time) so I can’t vouch for anyone else but him.

Having problems with appliances can be stressful. Being in business with customers can be too!
We the customers as well as any company assisting us can do our part by being patient, respectful and kind to those we are working with 🙂.

I will definitely call them again if necessary and will definitely give them my business when I need an appliance in the future based solely on my dealings with them thus far.

Bought a new washer & dryer in the morning and was delivered in the afternoon the same day.thank God for privately owned stores. Never buy big box stores,don't have clue.thank the whole team

I have been using KG's for many years. They have always been very professional. Chris, who is their read repairman, is excellent. They have a price matching guarantee on new appliances and their repair costs are reasonable. They've been in business in Sierra Vista for approximately 30 years. They are very reliable. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Built-in oven refused to heat (after 19 years) following a self-cleaning cycle, my limited research online said probably the thermal fuse. Called another repair service who wouldn't even show up for a diagnostic for over two weeks. Called KG's who came out on Monday (I'd called on Friday afternoon), they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, repair completed on Thursday that week. Very pleased, I would call them again.

They had the appliance we wanted at a great price and delivered it the same day. Great customer service.

I went in and was welcomed by the clerk, Julie. She was very helpful and sympathetic to my problem with my fridge. The repairman, Armond, came out and answered my questions and helped me with a part. Their kindness, help, and goodwill services really helped me. Ill be sure and keep them in mind for the future. Thanks, guys!

Our refrigerator decided it was time to meet its maker. And as most people do, we checked with Lowes and Home Depot for a replacement. According to their websites, they had the refrigerator we wanted in stock. So, we placed an order with Lowes and then called to see when we could pick it up. It’s upsetting to hear “We don’t have it here, we can deliver it in 10 days.” Nope! It states on the website it’s in stock. Blame it on the vendor, they update the inventory we’re told. Cancel that order. Similar runaround at next store. Then I told my husband I’d seen another appliance store in town. I googled and found the address for KG’s and looked at their inventory. We walked in and walked right up to what I wanted. Friendly, fast service and accurate inventory on website. Another plus - price was cheaper than other locations. We’ll be back for any other appliances that need to be replaced in the future. Thank you for a great purchasing experience!
