Publix Super Market at Palm Lakes Plaza

The store set up is a little off due to its orientation and me being used to set up at other stores. However, I was in and out effortlessly. I love the self check out. Very convenient!

Gina at the deli was fantastic she is amazing!! I had a last meeting ,i needed a plator of sandwiches. Gina was able to satisfy my quests. Where I was turned off at my neighbors Publix. She made happened at coconut creek .

What a lovely Publix! It's about five miles from my house but I do love this store! Even more than the one right by my home. The staff is super helpful, the store is very clean and well stocked.

The employees are very nice. Store is always clean. And the cashiers are fast with getting the lines down.

I know no supermarket besides Publix where I can get uniformly great cuts of meat whom no other market even comes close to. Publix also has consistent high quality and freshness for all of its products. I don't have to worry that a can of food has been sitting in a warehouse for many years before making it to the shelf as I do some other markets. Kudos, Publix! Shopping there issss a pleasure!

The manager of this location is so awesome. I could not get his name correct when I called the store Christmas Eve after closing. My cart had two of the same item with no price label so i went to retrieve another one with the price attached. However the cashier only gave me one item instead of my two. I did not notice this until after the store had been closed for about 5 minutes. I called and spoke with the manager who kindly assisted me after I stated my Christmas dinner would be short. Short version- he allowed me to come get the missing item and serviced me from my car. I kindly paid and was so amazed he went above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction. My sincerest thank you.

The staff in the deli are very friendly! I see lots of people working every time I go here. All of the products we enjoy are here. I wish the prices were a little lower, but I prefer the store being staffed and properly stocked. We managed to save 20 bucks last visit shopping 2 for 1s

This location is closed. Not sure if permanent of just for remodeling.. inconvenient, so I hope its not permanent.

Very helpful staff when assistance was needed. Had pretty much everything in stock that I needed. W/ a few exceptions.

I just moved into the area and was pleased to know that Publix was only 5 minutes away. I was in the mood for fried chicken, when I gat there it was all gone. The gentleman behind the counter said it would be done in 10 minutes. I finished my shopping went back for chicken and sure enough in 10 minutes it was out, hot and fresh. The store is clean and the staff are very friendly. Thank you!

This Publix has the greatest customer service. It does not seem forced. GENUINE. They always have what I need. The deli staff are always knowledgeable. It's on my way home and never crowded. Checkout moves smoothly... Keep up the great work.

Always clean, well stocked and organized. The employees are all very courteous and helpful. On any given visit there's someone asking if I have found everything or if I need assistance. They also do not hesitate to exchange or refund if customer is dissatisfied for any reason. Been that way for years!

It's Publix! Clean and great service!

Got some subs and some fried chicken and it was delicious!!! Everything was tasty. It smelled good in there, it's clean and organized. Wasn't to busy so I was able to get in and out.

Always clean, some products aren't fresh, especially the fruit; the last time I went, most strawberries started going bad and even grew mold. I told the cashier to have them removed. Besides, it's okay.

Been going here for years with my family and never had a bad experience. Staff is always friendly and products are always good, if not great. My dad loves getting fresh french bread from their bakery almost every morning. Only small issue I've had so far was when I purchased a bag of chips that tasted really stale. Went to customer service and they gave me a refund in a matter of minutes. The next bag of a chips I got was of excellent quality.

Like every Publix, great choices, great variety, super nice staff. Not cheap though... The bakery and deli are excellent, fresh baguettes, fresh croquettes and empanadas... Worth trying.
