I broke down literally right in front of their shop and one of the guys quickly comes and checked my truck out, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Ended up being something incredibly simple I overlook. They could have charged me whatever to get me back on the road but didn't. The honesty and just hard to find integrity is second to none.I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.

I took my vehicle in for some work that I thought it needed. They came back and told me I didn't need about half the work that I had asked them to do! Honest mechanics like this are hard to find nowadays. They could have ripped me off, but chose to do the right thing instead. I highly recommend them!

I had several things wrong with my 2008 Santa Fe and I talked to Sam and he gave me a price for repairing each item that I felt was very reasonable. When I got my car back, they had fixed everything that was wrong with it and it drove like a new car. I needed a repair on my van’s start plugs as one of was misfiring. They thought they get to my vehicle the next day as I got back to work I got a call that my vehicle is already done That is pretty amazing.
Even more amazing was the price was exact to the estimate. No surprises all seemsseem to be working good.

As much as auto repair can be painful and expensive. I was quite impressed with the speed and friendliness of Martel. They repaired what needed done and only what needed done. Having a mechanic you can trust not to make unnecessary repairs or over inflate parts cost is crucial. Martel has impressed me in all categories and has gotten themselves a loyal customer.
