I’m an out of town client so she did the showings remotely and that was appreciated. Shannon comes with a vast knowledge of expertise in construction and that’s very helpful.

Once the contract was signed, Julie from the Operations team helped me with all things closing and she stayed on top of every single detail. Shannon did as well. Julie provided excellent customer service and went over and beyond answering a question about the deed.

Mr. Horan is posting homes listed for sale on Vrbo and AirBnb. Be very careful, as we experienced how shady they can be. If you’re selling a home, they allegedly are listing them on Vrbo and AirBnb as they wait to sell, thus making money on the side.

If you’re someone looking to buy a home, buyer beware because they’ve allegedly posted their real estate listings on Vrbo and AirBnB. You have no way of knowing how many people may know about the house, where you’re planning to live. There’s no way of knowing how many people have been in and out of those doors. This is a very disingenuous company who care little about how their practices impact real families.
