Burger King

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King in the state of Florida. Runate (the cashier)greeted us with a smile and wave. She offered my toddler a BK hat (which he loved). Christine the manger was super sweet as well. The people were
nice. The energy was light.Very welcoming. The inside was very clean and well kept. Everyone was singing and working to get the orders fulfilled. It was just an overall great experience and I just really appreciated such awesome customer service because we know that’s rare almost everywhere. People take initiative to complain but forget to talk about good customer service when it’s received. So I wanted to take a few moments to let you all know that your efforts did not go unnoticed.:)

I gotta say that we were here on Sunday, and it wasn't very busy at all. Furthermore, the food was actually really fresh for a Burger King. So I am giving them 5 stars.

Location has a good sized parking lot but going southbound there is no left turn lane on " S of the arts Ave" so you may have to do a "U turn".

THIS IS THE BEST BURGER KING IN BROWRD . Food so fresh and hot . And we all know Burger King isn't hot these days . Cheese melted . Impossible Burger so tender !!!!!!

I just needed to take the time to shoutout Ms. Sunshine at the BK on Broward and she knows who she is. Anytime I come in and I am blessed with her presence. It is always an incredible day so I just wanted to take the time out and just recognize it if anybody deserves a recognition a raise all of the praise in the world it is her and just wanted to publicly recognize that.

Weird for me to review a BK but… this location saved our lives while we were visiting from MI. Most of the Riverside restaurants (and all of the ones we went to) only sell caned soda… like ewww no. So every day on our tip we started by going to BK for our daily dose of fountain soda. Like God intended. As an added bonus… the stafff was hoot. Honestly this location should probably have a reality show. We were only there 6 times for 10-15 minutes each time… but we got stories. 🤣❤

Cashier was amazing super nice. Food was hot and fresh. Best bk I've had in a while. Looking forward to going back. Very pleasant experience

To rate a fast food chain like Burger King, one must compare it to others in the Franchise. This Burger King has been recently renovated. It now has a fresh modern look with LED lighting and tile floors. I had the Bacon King combo with large fries and a soda. The Bacon King is a double whopper with cheese, bacon, ketchup and mayonnaise. BK are mind readers with this one. Who want lettuce, pickles, tomatoes or onions? This is a meat lovers dream. The fries were hot and service was fast. I was taken a back by the manager giving food and drink to a homeless lady who walked in. No one there knows who I am and this was not done for my benefit. Most of the patrons in the restaurant did not even give notice, but I did. So good job to the lovely manager who took pity. This place also has a drive thru and parking is available.

GO INSIDE. You'll be fine if you go inside...if not, may the odds be in your favor. They get spicy in that drive through too 🥴

The beautiful soul who took my daughter and my orders was so delightful and very friendly and professional!! I hope that she will continue to bless all who encounter her!! The food was great as well!

Perfectly clean, the evening staff was amazingly funny and just good people. Got there a little early before the show to get myself a snack and they were tons of other people too. I guess everybody likes a good Burger King chicken sandwich before the show

By far the BEST Burger King in all of Broward County. Food was fresh and hot and the service was amazing. Highly recommended

Great location for a quick stop staff is courteous offers suggestions and confirms your order as it's being placed. Clean environment and areas protected by shields protecting you from contact areas. Mask or no mask you will receive a well prepared item. Enjoyed my fries on the way home and contemplated going back on the drive for a re-up but another time will be fine. Thanks 👍

Employee Ms Sunshine was so helpful I was able to multitask deserves a promotion. Her attitude was amazing.

This location always have the softest bread and freshest ingredients. If you ask for your sandwich to be cut in half check it before you pull off. Having the sandwiches cut in half makes it easier to handle and eat.

The staff ..most..are just helpful with deals menu!!

Went to this BK for breakfast Chris was my cashier for the drive thru he was really professional very quick and polite I stopped going to that particular BK back in 2010 due to poor customer service but Tan and Chris were running the store very very well
