Sucks having to get your vehicle fixed, but I have been coming here for all my repair needs for over 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great Experience! I hadn't thought about dropping my vehicle off because I thought my repair wouldn't take very long, which you should never assume, one bolt can be the difference between a 30 minute job or a 3 day one. When I arrived they said 2-3 hours, but were able to get me out of there in just under an hour, now that's under promising and overdelivering! I think I even met "The Tom" and he made it seem like there was no wait at all, what a nice feller. Shannon was great too, very informative. A+++++ do recommend

Hands down one of the best auto repair I've dealt with in the past 20 years. Professional, courteous, fair prices and great service. Quick and detailed as far as what's being done and when you get your vehicle back, they go over every detail of what was done. Most definitely not the type of shop that will suggest unnecessary repairs or drain your budget. I only mentioned fair prices because I personally, would want my mechanic paid well for the services they provide.

We appreciate Tom's fair and reasonable prices and will continue to use his services while here in the Belleview/Summerfield area. An honest mechanic is worth his weight in gold!!

Excellent workmanship and very professional and knowledgeable staff. They are very easy to work with, they listen to your complaints, they do everything they can to diagnose your problem and to save you money without cutting corners. I took two vehicles there and each time the final cost was less than the estimates. If I am not mistaken, they do maintenance and repairs on all vehicle systems. I highly recommend this shop and it's where I'll be taking my vehicles for all future maintenance.

Great ,honest and fast service . Vin went above and beyond to help us with a oil change ,and fixed a broken wire in my car .. I recommend this place to anyone with car issues!!!!

My daughter was visiting from out of town and had some car issues. Called Tom's Discount Air and Auto and spoke with Shannon and she was able to get us in quickly. Very courteous and professional and the service was thorough and relatively quick. The pricing was a welcome relief as well as it was both affordable and fair.

Everyone I came in contact with were pleasant and knowledgeable. And even though I walked in without an appointment to ask a quick question, Tom himself took the time to go into depth with answers obviously derived from years of experience. He even went so far as to pull up pictures and video online which visually laid out the repair I needed and what it would take to get it done. You don't get that kind of passion and service everyday!

I've been to Tom's on several occasions, mainly for tire replacements. The most recent visit was to repair my AC. I was informed that it would require a costly (to me) repair, as it needed a "special order" part, and this would be only the initial step with no guarantee that it would remedy the system completely. It would also add time to the repair as we would have to await delivery for the ordered part. I begrudgingly gave the green light and left my car. I was then called about an hour later and informed that the owner, Tom, had taken the initiative to drive to a nearby salvage yard and found the needed part on his own accord. Unreal. Many (most,, if not all) others wouldn't have taken that step, but he did, and it was greatly appreciated. It inevitably saved me a ton of $$ on the repair too, as the part he hunted down was found to be the only issue and nothing further was needed. I'd always taken my AC for granted, until it didn't work anymore. I'll be sending anyone that asks me for my opinion for a great mechanic to Tom's, and I'll do so confidently.

I enjoyed my experience at the Belleview location. They treated me very fairly and it sounded like they did the same for all of their customers according to the phone interactions I heard while waiting in the lobby. Openly told customers what they would recommend doing and what they could do just to get by if money was tight. Highly recommended!

They explained everything nicely very understanding with my busy schedule when needing my truck back & when to drop it back off to find the leak & fixed my horrific ac issue will be taking my truck back when & if it has any further issues 10/10 recommend affordable as well!!

Tom has got to be one of the friendliest mechanics I have ever met. He did good work and made me aware of issues others had overlooked, taking the time to show me the problem so I would know he wasn't making it up. I also witnessed him talk another customer out of an unnecessary repair, costing himself the job in order to save her time money and headache. His honesty was refreshing. A++ recommended.

Tom's is the only place I'll take my car in Ocala. Honest, fair & actually cares about his customers. I've referred family and friends & they all have been thankful to find an honest mechanic and business owner. Shannon who works in the office is always spot on with quotes and extremely knowlegable. The guys that he has working in the garage are always helpful and patient and take the time to explain

Took my street bike to have a mid pipe custom bent and Tom personally handled it. I was extremely impressed with his level of perfection as he treated it like it was his bike. Not only that, but the price was beyond fair. 10/10 will come back for sure.

They run a tight ship. The customer service is excellent and the pricing is more than competitive. Over the years, I have experienced nothing but good outcomes.

These seem to be really honest earnest people. Vehicle has been in a few time plus my other half vehicle. Shannon is not just a pretty face at desk. Every mechanical word registers with her. And battery disconnect repair? They reset my factory stereo for me with a simple request.
