Wow from a mess yesterday to a totally different experience. Very professional. Thank all of you who didn't let me leave yesterday and fit me in today. Thank you Dr Frost and everyone who didn't turn their back on a Vet who really needed help.

This review is for Dr. Ting and Dr. Ting only. He is the WORST provider I have ever seen. Emotional, reactive, arrogant, uninformed in regards to women’s and young adults care, and quite frankly, a pill pusher. He would rather prescribe you a plethora of meds to treat symptoms and try to blindly diagnose you without finding and treating the actual cause of your issues. It took three months of me telling him the meds he prescribed me weren’t working for him to refer me to a specialist. I asked for bloodwork for certain things due to family medical history, and it took my MOTHER coming with me to an appointment and asking for him to order the labs I had initially requested. I am an adult. When I had my appointment with the specialist, they expressed extreme concern, and scheduled a me for a more in depth procedure the next week. They discovered something extremely concerning, and I am now seeing multiple specialists regarding my health issues. Had I seen literally anyone else in this practice, they probably would’ve expressed concern and referred me to a specialist right off the bat, scheduled me for a longer follow up visit with all of the issues I have going on, and they probably wouldn’t have harassed me for their scheduling error. If you’re a woman who is thinking of visiting this practice, schedule an appointment with literally anyone else if you’re sick of dealing with arrogant doctors who are more concerned with their ego and pride than caring for your life (doing their job). I could write a ten thousand word essay about the issues I have experienced with him. Everyone else at this practice is absolutely lovely.

I haven't been to this place in almost 2 1/2 years I tried scheduling and the female person was rude as hell and if you are like that?? Then you shouldn't be working in the healthcare system and I will go to a much better place to Durango Mercy Hospital instead!

I did not like NP that seen me and I will not be going back
