Where do I begin with Christina? If I could give her more than 5 starts i would! I was going through a really tough time with my vehicles when I was presented with her contact. She's personable, she helped us with the pricing, she's an actual human and made a tough situation more bearable. Flexible with pick-up, drop off, cars are in really good condition. Absolutely amazing. Vehicle was clean and comfortable, but most importantly, the service. Wow. Me and my wife’s home and cars flooded and we’re able to secure the last car they had. Christina went above and beyond, picked us up in the rain, drove us to the car, handled everything quick, and truly saved the day. Not to mention we got to speak to someone actually in the state rather than the 3 big companies where someone at a call center said they had a car for us, and when we showed up it was “Sorry, no dice”. I have been renting with A+ for about a year or two. Until I was able to purchase my own vehicle. She’s very dependable, and very communicative. The cars are very well kept, and clean. Christina is beyond the best. From the time that she picked up the phone about a month ago when I was in a very desperate situation to keep both of my jobs until now when I needed her company the most-she has always stayed extremely professional yet very caring for her clients. She truly does go above and beyond, she is extremely accommodating to them and all their needs including car seats!! Christina is the BEST! We've now used her and A+ many times. Not only do we love the black GMC Terrain, but the correspondence with Christina is next level - texts me right back and is so friendly. I love how I get detailed photos of where the car is parked. We are on the go fast after getting off the plane. Its so easy. Christina was the best. I flew down to visit family for the year end holidays and from start to finish Christina was more then awesome. During Christmas week all the big companies were outrageous with their rates. From speaking initially to her on the phone and advising her my flight would not land until Christmas Day at 12:15a.m and her rates from that time until departure were more then fair. Also, from the drop off at the airport with a video to show me exactly what parking garage the car was in so when I got off the plane I could easily locate the vehicle to the drop off process, she made it a breeze. Also, providing a phone number for contact and texting with immediate response was awesome and made my trip so much less stressful. To sum up, if you want direct contact and a very easy process for car rental contact Christina, if you like long lines and hold times and paying outrageous prices contact the big guys!

This was my first time renting a car and the process was so easy! Christina is super friendly and responds quickly. The young driver fee is also much cheaper than if you book with enterprise or Turo. Being 24 hours is also convenient because you can drop off the vehicle without anyone needing to be there and put the key in a drop box.

I was having car trouble about a month ago and needed a rental for a few days. Someone recommended A+ Car Rental and I must say… the NAME really fits this company!! Everything about the experience was A+!!! Christina was super friendly and made the whole process as SMOOTH as it could have possibly been, renting a car.
