Happy kids Pediatric Clinic of Broward

Took my daughter here today for the first time and I was happy with everything. The two ladies that took my daughters vitals were so nice and patient with her. Dr.Carmen was very professional and sweet.

Dr. Carmen has been instrumental in the upbringing and care of my infant. After her birth, I was able to get an initial appt within 48 hours. I had already researched her education and experience and felt that she would be who I needed to care for my new family. I am so thankful that she has always made herself available and answered all my questions (I have a lot), instructed and encouraged me as a lactation consultant, and has always been patient with me and my daughter. My OB recommended her services , being so new to FL and a new parent, and I am glad Dr. Maria Suescum did. Dr. Carmen's staff are very kind, gentle, patient, and welcoming. I appreciate them all.

As a first time mom, I’m always worried about the slightest change in my son. I bring my son to the doctor over every little thing and she never makes me feel bad for not knowing or asking questions. The office is clean, staff is friendly, the doctor is welcoming, she even remember that I told her I was taking Ace on a vacation. She pays attention to my concerns, she listens, she return calls, she’s allowed me to bring in Ace the same day for examination if I have concerns, etc. She always say keep up the good work after each visit & it’s so encouraging for new moms like myself.She treats moms and babies very well. She’s everything I wanted in a pediatrician, I highly recommend.

We've been seeing Dr. Carmen Mejia-Carvajal for about 2 months now. Her services have been exceptional. I've never felt more confident and comfortable in a health care provider. She shows sincerity and genuine concern about my son and that truly is appreciated. She is very reliable as she returns calls, even after hours, within the hour. She makes each visit pleasant and informative. The way she communicates with me as a mom and my son is extremely attentive to both of our needs and is quite comforting. She treats us on a personal level rather than just feeling like another patient in a doctor's office. Her knowledge is extensive and her office is clean. Her staff is very pleasant as well. Her nurse Johnte is one of the most sweetest nurses I've met. She fits very well in pediatrics and is very helpful. This is the first time I feel like I enjoy and look forward to going to the doctors.

I wish I could give Happy Kids Pediatrics more than 5 stars because they deserve it. If you're looking for an amazing pediatrician with knowledge and sincerity and brings to the visit comfort and results, she's the one! Thank you and look forward to more visits in the time to come.

Very clean and professional but also very loving environment. My son has been here with Dr. Mejia for almost 2 years now and she's also proving care to my daughter since birth. Anything I'm worried about she responds quick even after hours. Dr. Mejia makes sure she explains everything to the best of our understanding. I would highly recommend her you'll never be disappointed.

I always have a good experience with Dr Mejia. She is great at communicating with me, and explaining everything in a way I would understand. I think she is one of the best pediatricians I have ever met. My daughter loves her!

I wish I could give this Doctor 10 stars! Dr. Mejia's office is extremely clean and comfy! When I came in I was so pleased and not to mention how friendly and welcoming her medical assistant is. My daughter was so happy and not to mention amazed by how vibrant the office is. Dr. Mejia is very educated and will answer just about any question you have. She was really gentle with my daughter and surprisingly, she didnt even cry. I will never switch and I'm excited to see Dr. Mejia and her staff until my baby is all grown up!

Dr. Mejia-Carvajal and her staff are extremely sweet and caring. I've been taking my newborn here and she is absolutely wonderful. She listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. The office is very clean and comfortable as well.

What a great energy in this office! I’m glad I decided to take my daughters with Dr. Mejia. Personal and warm welcome. She loves working with kids. And best of all, she is a professional with more that 10 years experience.

Dr. Mejia is a great pediatrician, with more than 17 years of experience. She was my daughters pediatrician in Puerto Rico, we love her. She is very accurate with her diagnosis and treatment. But also she is very sweet with the patiens. I am very sorry that she moved to Miami. I wish her the very best in her new office.

I have been going since my baby was born more than a year ago. She is the best pediatrician, always on call and super loving with babies. Just ignore the girl who left 1 star, Carmen Mejía is a 5 star pediatrician😄😄… she speaks Spanish too.

We love the doctor and nurse- they are very kind and gentle with our baby. The office is also so kid-friendly with fun toys, shows, and decorations to keep your baby happy and entertained while you wait.

Dr. Carmen Mejia is an excellent pediatrician. I worked with her in Puerto Rico. She is very accurate in her diagnosis. Always taking care of her patients. It is for sure her patients in PR missed her.

Pretty nice place, very clean, the woman in the front desk was soooo helpful in gettin me paperwork for my kids school, and very patient, very gentle with my kids, the doctor was so good with all 3 of my kids! U would love it here u can’t find good people like this anywhere now a days! Love it here
