What a gem! The undeniable authenticity of this restaurant reminded me of Chinatown in NYC, but the prices here are incredible. The menu gives so many options. I can never find Chow Fun noodles, and there they were; I miss Dim Sum, and had a 7-plate feast come out in stages fresh to my table. The servers were very gracious and helpful. I ordered a ginger-honey chicken to go and I can wait to go back!

Went here this Wednesday for a late lunch with the bro. We were seated IMMEDIATELY. The food is cooked to order, however, our order arrived so QUICKLY, it felt like FAST food. DELICIOUS doesn't begin to describe the food. VERY AUTHENTIC.

Amazing All Round Restaurant, Very Traditional and Relaxing Atmosphere, Had The Wonton Soup Great Flavour And fresh Fried Wonton Strips to go with it, With Dim Sum Of BBQ Pork Buns And Sweet Custard Buns. Not too Sweet Or Savory, And Was Spot on the Price for the Great Quality and Tastes Best out of all ive Had In South Florida. Cantonese Sweet And Sour Pork was Very Crispy And Flavourful but Little Too Much Sugar for my Liking, But The sticky White Rice was Well Cooked and Seasoned. Wouldn't Mind at all Recommending this Restaurant to anyone Who Wants An Amazing Dim Sum Experience. Not to Even Mention Great and Fast Service For Dine In. 10/10

The customer service was great, they have an amazing staff and the food was really got. We got Dimsum, and everything we ordered tasted very authentic. The food was affordable between me and my friend we each spent $25. We got rice paste, chow fun, shrimp dumplings, bbq pork dumplings, sticky rice and rangoons.

Expansive menu that includes many dishes not often seen in South Florida. Fresh, subtly seasoned food served by very friendly staff. Wide variety of dim sum. Not the usual homogeneous over-salted Chinese food. Worth a try.

Best traditional Dim Sum in the South Florida region!! Fantastic service and delicious food! Went for Lunar New Year and had tender Peking Duck and tons of dumplings!

We were visiting from Vancouver, Canada where we have tons of dim sum options. This restaurant has been in business for 25 years according to one of the staff. Of the three items I tried, the stuffed bean curd was my favourite.

Great Hong Kong style food. Salt and pepper shrimp and BBQ platters like roast duck, crispy pork and roast chicken great.

Tasty delicious dim sum! So many options to choose from, and the service was on par. Don't forget to try the sesame taro balls for dessert...

Amazing little spot with large traditional Dim Sum menu. Service was quick and friendly, even though I was a non-Asian patron. All the food items were hot and fresh. The noodles impressed me the most. None of the food was overly salty but was overly tasty. Ordered only from Dim Sum menu but they did offer a regular menu. Dim Sum dishes ranged from $4 to $12 depending on the item.

My wife is originally from Hong Kong and this is by far the most authentic place to get Dim Sum and other traditional HK food. We drive 35 miles to get here (!) which should be a good indication of how well it compares to other, closer restaurants. Don't be put off by the area (a little run down), the food and service are excellent.

A legit authentic Cantonese restaurant and am so glad to found this place , closest to Boca Raton. Imo, better than Ten ten on our favorite entrees, Fish Maw soup is prepared with real crab meat, Fried Flounder was not served drenched in sauce, lobster in ginger and scallion, sautéed sweet pea leaves were tastier than in our favorite restaurant in NY. A hole in the wall. Packed on Thursday evening. Now I have a go to authentic Cantonese restaurant . Highly recommended. We will come back to try their dimsum. They can get very busy so go stand up to get their attention. Staff are very nice ... just be patient . If you are in a rush.... then it will be a problem.

My wife and I make the 30 minute drive from Boca Raton every Saturday. I am from New York and remember the great Chinese food in Chinatown . The Food at Hong Kong City BBQ is the closest you will find. You will find a extensive menu and a great staff. You will not be disappointed

I've been going to Hong Kong city bbq for years now and it's always delicious. They have a large reasonably priced dim sum menu, and considering how hard it is to find good dim sum in South Florida that makes it definitely worth a trip! The staff is friendly and attentive as well. 😁

This restaurants sits in a regular plaza off 441 and you could easily drive by and never try it. What a find. Clean, friendly staff and the food was very flavorful. I would recommend the steam pork buns, shrimp dumplings, the egg foo yung and one of the fried rice. Everything tasted freshly cooked to order.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and I found my new go to spot for authentic Chinese food. The owner was very polite and kind. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and the establishment is clean and well kept. I'll continue to support this local Tamarac business.

Family Favorite!! We've been eating here for 20 years....always on point!! We dined in tonight. The wings were crispy and perfectly cooked. Glazed with honey & garlic sauce, so good!!! Another order was salt & pepper served over a bed of lettuce with jalapeños. Mongolean beef, the best in town....bursting with flavor, and a spicy kick. We shared 2 orders of Cantonese Wonton Soup....you cant find this soup anywhere else, it's INCREDIBLE!!! If you like shrimp, you have to try it....delicious!!! Not only was the food great as always, the service matched. It was busy and they were still tentative to all the tables. Keeping our drinks full and tables clear. Thank you to the owner Tony for decades of delicious meals.
