Hi I have been coming to see Ben and Thomas for years and three things I can say are apparent , Integrity,Customer Service and Quality work at a fair price. I wouldn't think of going to someone else ever. Their in the Mall east end , these are good people. I've had batteries replaced , pins replaced , watches buffed and polished and wow my watches looked like new after they were buffed and polished!

These people ARE NOT RIP OFFS! I had 6 watches needing repair and or batteries. They finished 4 for only $36. Gave me a quote on my 5th (may not be worth fixing) and let me know how to fix the 6th myself. And the 6th one works perfect thanks to their information!!!!

NEVER AGAIN, RIP OFF!! I have been coming here for years for battery replacements on several watches. Today I took one of the watches in for a battery, and the guy working noticed that one of the "second" hands had came off and was laying at the bottom rim of the watch. I asked if he could fix it, which he replied "sure I can reattach it". He gave me a quote of $56 total, $18 of which was for the battery. Sounded like a good deal to me so I agreed and took a 20 min walk. When I returned the watch had already been done and sitting on his work bench as he spoke to another customer, so I know it couldn't have taken him more than 10-15min to put in battery and remove the "second" hand. When he gave me the watch, he also handed me a little baggy with the "second" hand in it and said he could not reattach the hand and that I would have to send it to their lab. He was unable to give me an estimate to have the lab fix it, so I decided I would just hold off and bring it back in the future. When he went to ring me up, he said ok so you'll get $10 off so the total will be $46.. Puzzled by his comment, I asked "so I have to pay you for not fixing the watch?" his reply was "well we had to take it apart and remove the hand for you"... WTH!!! It took no more than 15 min of which I'm sure is about the time it takes to replace a battery and then hands me the part in a baggy... Well, congratulations, you have lost a long time customer who also has referred you out to many friends and family over the years and you have also won this great review... But I'm sure the $28 BS charge was worth it.

These guys are a complete RIP-OFF, they charge $15 to remove a link that took less than 30 seconds to do (this should have been my first warning), they charged $185 to repair an automatic watch that didn't even need parts. They also broke one of my watches after I brought it in to overhaul stating that it was broken when I took it in. Guy said at the counter he will bring it back in to fix it, then calls 10 minutes later saying that's the best he can do and wont work on the watch anymore. They told me pay or don't bring any more watches to them, lol like I would bring anymore watches after that. Terrible place.

My father gave me watch when we first met when I was 7 years old. Now Im in my 30's and the watch needed a new battery and band. I regretfully took this sentimental family heirloom to this place for the simple job. THE SKINNY KID THAT HAS BEEN THERE FOR YEARS FAILED TO TIGHTEN THE SCREWS IN THE WATCH MY FATHER GAVE ME. THE WATCH LOST THE BACK LID THE FIRST TIME I WORE IT. When I took it back he denied fault and wanted to recharge me to fix it. Its hard for me to go to the Coral Square Mall anymore because I cant even pass this place. He was so rude. I will never forget this place and what they did. I hope they go out of business. Now that I know better I wish I would of sued them. Run dont walk from Right on Time.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. Will never go back.
