I love libraries. I still have my 20+ year old library card (Still works!). I had visited different locations throughout the years, from downtown to Plantation to Coral Springs. They're all clean and the staff is very nice. This particular library is closest to my home and the staff always extends the return deadline for me so I would have extra time to read. They also provide other resources for those who need it, like internet use. It's next to a college I graduated from, and back in the day I would visit this library between the classes to relax and read a good book. Of course, sometimes books are misplaced but they try their best to keep it all organized and updated. Holds don't take more than a day or two to process, depending on the location of the book and how many are in queue waiting for that book. Support your library!

I Iove love love this Library. The staff are very helpful and great to chat with. It's nothing like the Northwest Branch, who won't even allow you to sneeze without them sending security by to tell you to keep it down.

I have not been to this branch since my 25-year-old daughter was frequenting the children's section and now that I came back it's once again my library home. Plenty of computers and updated at that plus a large selection of small desks to full size secretary desks to private kiosks where you can use your own devices. I had a very important document I needed to work on and my time got extended at least five times so I didn't have to worry about saving my work and coming back another day, in fact I finished the document way before my deadline, kudos to me!

Going back to school again was very exciting but once I started the process, I had quite a few challenges to get everything to "Synch" tschugether, but I did it!! with the help of so many and here are a few (Kimberly/Brittany/Zach-advisors, Aaron-Orientation, Tristan & Celeste-Awards, Naraya-Registration, my 2 Professors, David/Nick ASC and today is my 5th day/Friday and ended with one more wonderful experience at the North Campus Library with Kara (librarian). Thank you so much everyone !! I could not ask for a better week back to school after 23 years away!!!

We were here on a Sunday for early voting. This is a great facility, and the room we went into was large and able to accommodate many poll workers and voters! I can't speak to the library portion of the building as it was closed; however, the entire building seemed to be updated and well maintained. The parking lot is ample and well marked. I need to visit again during library hours to check it out!

A good library with a large selection of books and reference material. In addition there are lots of computers available. If you need somewhere to study then this is the place. Looks of tables and desk with outlets to charge your devices. The public wifi is also fast. The library is quiet so its easy to get work done.

Kudos! Unexpected delight, for space serving community college & public library. Seems plain from outside, but elegant interior, spacious and sunny, with everything you would like to find in well equipped library... WiFi, electric outlets at every table, and a variety of work and study spaces.

Always great there, the staff is awesome! Variety of books, DVD, CDs to borrow. Kids section always have a craft to take home and make something. Due to C19 certain kid areas like play area are closed. There's computers and tablets to use.

I love the Broward County Library system and I especially love this library. I am here several times a week and have been for the last twenty years. This library is on the campus of Broward College. The entire library is open to to the general public except for one small study and computer area that is reserved for students only in the back of the first floor. Because this a college library they have more and longer hours than other branches. They are even open all day Saturday and Sunday. The only time they are closed is if it is a national holiday.

The programs for children and teens are excellent here. During the summer they even run a sort of free day camp with special programs every day. I brought my daughter to all of the programs for kids here as she was growing up. She joined their book clubs and made countless crafts. Later she joined the teen programs. I credit the library with helping her to be successful in school. The people who work in the children's section, Mr. Richard, Avril, and Rosmei are some of the best people I know. The have become life long friends and even now that my daughter has grown up they still ask about her whenever I see them. Through the library programs my daughter has won contests with prizes, taken free classes to help her with preparation for tests like the SAT as well as gained volunteer hours for graduation. If you kid needs volunteer hours this is a wonderful place for them to go.

In addition to all of the fantastic programs for kids they have programs for adults as well. You can join a book club, take a computer class, or watch a movie. They have an auditorium that they hold functions in like events for the college, speakers, and music programs. They also have rotating art displays in their cases as well as upstairs. Sometimes they show the art from the college students in the lobby. The friends of the library have a little booth on the main floor where they sell snacks and gifts to raise funds for the library. A couple of times a year the friends have a fantastic book sale where they sell hundreds of books, some the latest releases for a dollar. Something is always going on. For instance tomorrow is May the 4th or as Star wars fans call it May the Fourth Be With You. They are having fun events for kids and movie screenings to celebrate at different libraries across the county.

The best part of the library of course is the ability to check out all of the books, CD's and DVD's you would like for free. When I want something I just order it online and usually in just a day or two it is waiting for me on the hold shelf at checkout. I even get new DVD releases this way. They will give you an entire week with a new movie for free. If actual books are no longer your thing you can even check out e books as well as music and audio books for your android or apple device using Hoopla. Don't have a kindle or nook? No problem you can borrow one. Freegal music allows you to download six songs a week to your device for free. The libraries catalog is endless. I can only think of maybe two times in twenty years that I had to buy what I needed instead of borrowing it.

There is so much going on at this library that it is honestly hard to keep track of it all. Fortunately they provide a handy flyer at the entrance that lists all of their events as well as all of the other events at every other library in Broward County for the month. This information can be found online as well. The reference librarian can be found on the second floor to assist you with any need you might have. Computers are available for any adult to use with a library card on the second floor, first floor has computers for kids. The library building itself is lovely. It is two stories with plenty of windows letting in natural light. There are tons of tables and chairs everywhere for people to study, work, and read. They do discourage cell phone use in the library and are quite strict on that. This library is like my home away from home. I truly appreciate how much is available to me.

This branch has been a resource to us both personally, and professionally. Hayley (the events director) has been helpful beyond the expected.

Great library I love to come here to study, though there is a time where it gets busy in the afternoon, children come and make a bunch of noise, best to avoid at that time.
