Top Shelf Storage was quick and simple to utilize. After our phone conversation, Charles suggested that I visit the website in advance of my visit. I quickly and affordably hired the place I desired, and I even received an online discount! Charles was really productive and helpful. In less than twenty minutes, I was on my way with my belongings stashed. Before I departed, Charles even came out to offer me a cool bottle of water. Fantastic Customer Service!

Wow!! Tom was amazingly helpful. I called earlier in the day to let him know what I needed. When I arrived, he had the unit already opened and ready to go. The registration process was quick and easy. I highly recommend!

Tom is the best! He showed us multiple units at 2 locations and helped us with our choice. He’s a great guy, good to have him there!

I don't think you will find less expensive storage units, especially if you're going for 10 x 20 and know how to pack, because they have very high ceilings. If you know how to pack high , they are much higher than the normal drive up storage units.
My only problem is after renting for a year and knowing my financial situation, not giving me a reminder call because I always pay by the 5th, really hurt me. That 20% late fee screwed up my account because I have everything dollar accounted for.
I have so many things I am dealing with that I completely forgot.

I have used this storage facility for over two years and still are using them. Tom and Charles who work there as property managers are excellent and will do as much as they can to assist you. This is just an all around great place to store things

It was quick and easy to use Top Shelf Storage. I spoke with Charles on the phone and he recommended that I go to the website before arriving. I easily rented the unit I wanted for a fair price and got a discount online too! Charles was extremely helpful and efficient. I had my things stored and was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Charles even came out to offer me a cold bottle of water before I left. Wonderful Service!!!

Very friendly people..been here 6 years ..like family...except for district mgr...I get neg vibes so I try not to piss him off...love the place but hate to be kicked out if I say something...hate the late fee though

Went to make a payment a few minutes after closing time on Saturday. Tom had closed for the day and was on his way out. He saw me, asked if I had come to make a payment, l told him yes and he was so very helpful; he opened up the office, went in and took the payment. That kind of service is exceptional, such employees are hard to find and should be valued.

Tom was so helpful with getting me moved in, the entire process took 10-15 minutes and I was all set to move my stuff into my storage unit. Great customer service, thanks Tom!

I received excellent service from Roderick! He really sets this facility apart from others. Roderick was able to access my storage needs and then provide recommendations as to what size unit I would need and how I could get the best pricing. Being busy with home repairs and children, it was welcoming to have someone who wasn't just transactional and trying to make a sale. Thank you Roderick!

My experience with top self storage has been honestly amazing. I called in the middle of the afternoon and was sent to voicemail so I hung up and called another place. Jeff actually called me back and apologized for not answering and offered some really great deals that beat the other place I already had made a reservation at. When I got to the location ( easy to find) I was warmly greeted by Roderick, he honored the promotion Jeff had mentioned to me on the phone and was super knowledgeable on all things storage! I like the mom and pop feel the place has going on and I'm super happy doing business with this company. My family and I were having a rough time and the smoothness of this made the day much better. I found this place when I was in desperate need of a storage site. Roderick and Jeff helped me not only secure several units but helped me with the timing of my move as well as the rates that worked best for my budget.
