Kasey did an amazing job putting up 3 ceiling fans in our house. He was polite and offered us a lot of options on how we chose to do it. He got it all done in one day. Awesome service. Luke arrived on time and confirmed what services he was going to provide for me. He told me the cost and even gave me a small senior citizen discount. I love the work he even cleaned up behind himself, after my installation. I would highly recommend this company.

What an amazing experience! Johnny, Michael and their team really went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and that we were satisfied. They were prompt, extremely courteous and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone!

The guys who came to my house were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could understand what was happening. I would definitely contact them again if a have electrical problem or want serge protection. Sparky is the best. And this was not the first time they helped me I used them when I lived in another house

Mr. Sparky of Ocala is under new management. Based on my amended review, I received a call the other day from the new manager apologizing for the poor service. He scheduled a technician for today, 11 Nov 2023, to fix the issue. Shane arrived a little after 8:00 a.m., quickly inspected the area, advised me as to what he would do and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem.

AMENDED REVIEW - Alex and Omar were my technicians. They did an outstanding job updating all my electrical receptacles, upgrading my electrical panel and installed a ceiling fan. They were on time, very professional and detailed, explained each section of the project as they proceeded. They also vacuumed and swept all areas where work was performed. Work is pricey but guaranteed and I now have peace of mind with my property.

This is an additional comment since I received a text today to rate the service. As I stated above, everything was excellent. However, Alex stated if I provided a review, which I did the day of service completion, I would receive a $25 deduction from the total price. This has not occurred which I find very disheartening. Was this a promise just to get a good rating??? Makes me wonder!

I am amending my post. I am still waiting on my $25 for the excellent review, glad I didn't hold my breath. Then today I move my fridge to sweep/clean the area. Lo and behold Mr. Sparky replaced that electrical plug receptacle with a smaller one that doesn't fully cover the opening. I really hope this isn't a fire issue. See the attached photo. I WILL NEVER EVER USE NOR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS I KNOW THEY WILL IGNORE THIS POST SINCE THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEIR MONEY. As you can see in the photo, big gap/hole where receptacle doesn't fit. Nothing was ever mentioned to me!!!

Hiring Mist Sparky to add GFI receptacles on my patio was a good experience. Two representatives arrived on time to spec out the job. They also looked at whether my service and overall electric system were in compliance. They provided me a quote that I though was reasonable. A technician arrived to do the install. It was nice that we could discuss how I wanted the job done since it involved placement of receptacles and running of some conduit. The technician cleaned up and discussed the install with me when he was done. I was very happy with the company and the installation. I would highly recommend Mister Sparky to do electrical work.

Kyle, was there a service man tonight. What are employees to have working for your company? He represented you quite well. Very professional knowledgeable, polite and it was a pleasure experience to talk to him and to see him do his job. I will not hesitate to call your company again, and I will never hesitate to ask for Kyle here’s one associate I hope you don’t lose it would be because of him if we do any other work for the quote, he’s giving us I will definitely welcome him back in my house.

Scott Hawkesworth came to give me an estimate on installing a level 2 car charger. As he was looking at my panels to give me a proper estimate he pointed out everything that was not up to code with my home. I was very pleased with his honesty and his explanation to why everything that I agreed to have repaired was a danger and would fail inspection and would have to be done. These are the type of professionals I like to do business with. He took the time to explain everything plus also explain the cost of a couple of extras that I wanted while the job was being done. Very pleased with the outcome and look forward to having the work done to bring my house up the code. Thanks again for the honesty!

I had a great experience today with Scott and Mr Sparky. They responded quick and scheduled to review and quote the next day after requested. Scott was very thorough. He quoted the project I requested and also quoted the next levels of possible needs for the future. He spent a few hours going over, in detail, all the reasons why I would want to expand my project to prevent future issues. I would definitely recommend Mr Sparky, especially Scott, for anyone's electrical needs.

Scott our safety advisor was excellent. Due to an emergency call he ended up at our house before the scheduled time and was able to break down the problems plaguing my electric panel. I'm truly thankful as his recommendations and observations got to the root of the problem and avoided my family losing our home. Thank you!!!!
