FixIT Tek - Computer Repair

I bought a new phone from Best Buy and they were no help in having me convert my phone brands. I went to FixITTek and I was greeted with a lot of very happy smiling faces. They took a lot of time out of their day to fix my problem. And I will be there to see them from now on! Very pleased with their service .

The people in the Belleview office we're so nice and helpful. They did a great job fixing my computer. Also, I'm disabled and they came out to my car picked up my computer and brought it back to my car when they finished with it. They were fast and did excellent work.

The Fix-It Team in Belleview is my preferred place for repairing my computer and laser printer. This was my first time there and i couldn't believe that I've passed by their shop a million times and never stopped(I've broken so many phones, and a few laptops). Well I recently got a gaming laptop that had a broken screen so I decided it was time to see if they could help me out. They were extremely polite, I can't even begin to say how thankful I am for their service. I brought my computer into FixIT Tek - Computer Repair. I wasn’t sure what caused the glitch, but I had a totally frozen screen. The technicians alleviated the problem. Then, showing their professionalism, they completely upgraded my computer. Because they could only find a small problem, they only charged me a cover charge of $35. for those of you with little computer savvy like myself, I would highly recommend FixIT Tek. Truly, Colby R. Keegan came on a service call to attempt to revive my elderly Dell desktop, but it was DOA. So he delivered and set up the replacement computer, gave me a quick tutorial, and I was pleased with the new Dell and with Keegan's pleasant and professional manner. I had used Fix It Tek before and will again and would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and good with communication and letting me know what was going on with my Mac. They had a quick turn around and had my Mac back to me as promised.
