Cleedia was a great realtor! I had to sell my dad’s house in Belleview after he passed away, and I live in Tampa. She was so helpful in arranging for inspections, repairs, appraisals, etc. for me so I didn’t have to drive up and miss work constantly. She was able to sell my dad’s house quickly and above the asking price. I would highly recommend her.

You can't rip someone off at the end of closing and act like you cant add with a calculator, while ignoring my texts about such a discrepancy, ther was also a missing credit that I had to have added...
Then when closing sellers agent gets us paperwork after 4pm day before the close and we are unable to get a notary at that time, until the following day we are set to close. So we are told by cleedia we are gonna get sued for non performance and must magically hold hostage a notary that night and get the paperwork there faster than next day, perhaps teleport it..., instead of trying to go to bat for her client (us). Have a blessed day is her saying, but honest isnt.

Cleedia was very nice and helpful but after we signed the lease she was another person, every time I texted her with something with the rental, it would take her days to answer back, when the lease was up it took almost a month to get the deposit back, which I only got half of it, but it took about a week for her to answer me, and even after that she would promised that she will look into it and nothing, and when she finally gave me the amount she was returning I asked for a itemized receipts which she didn't even acknowledge, it got to the point that I took whatever she wanted to returned of the deposit as I did not want to deal with her any longer. I would never do any business with her
