Sierra Vista Ace Hardware

The reorganization a few months ago has been a big improvement for this place. It was already my favorite hardware store in town, but the new layout is so much better for finding stuff. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Always my first stop for home repair and improvement.

Best Ace Hardware Ever!!! Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable staff! I was greeted by Lisa who was quickly able to guide me to the product I was there to buy. She was incredibly helpful! On the way to the aisle she sent us to another staffer offered assistance. I was extremely happy! They also have a huge garden shop with, again, super helpful staff!!

ACE 1/2 hp disposal is well worth the cost. The ACE staff knows their business and is more than willing to help. Great people, great products 👍

Must be the way this store trains their employees. Janet helped me this time and she was the nicest person I've met working at a hardware store.

Well they say Ace is the place, and that seems to be true for the one in Sierra Vista. They tend to have almost everything that we need for office maintenance and even carry a decent selection of cleaning supplies and frequently used items like paper towels and latex gloves.

They also carry local honey and coffee.

Great product and employees that actually know what you need 😉

Taya was beyond helpful, and amazing! We love her! She’s definitely a blessing for Ace Hardware. She knows so much about plumbing and the way those parts are made and how they fit together with each other. Don’t lose her, Ace!

I always like to go into Ace. They always have someone available to help you find what you are looking. I was in Target, Sierra Vista the other day. I walked around to store for half an hour before a found a Target associate I could ask where to find my item. That would NEVER happen at Ace. They are a little more expensive than the big box stores, but customer service matters. I’ll keep going back to Ace.

Ace is the place! For most items, your better is going to ace over lowers or home depot

Great hometown Ace Hardware. I recently bought a new Traeger Grill and I forgot to get the cover for my new grill. I told the delivery person and in a manner of hours it was delivered to my home! This says a lot about their customer service service!! I’ll continue to shop there as an Ace Rewards member!!!!

ACE has always been the first place to go for hardware needs. They've remodeled recently and, wow! they've actually made it better, AND more helpful!

Love this place. There's always someone to greet you, ask if you need help finding something or to just figure out how to do (try that at the big box stores Not). The employees ARE what makes it the Helpful place! Thank you.

Went looking for a specific, tiny screw. I was greeted at the door and directed to the proper aisle where the employee in the area had already been advised I was coming. He found what I needed and sent me on my way. On the way back to the register to pay, I passed no less than 4 employees, all of whom acknowledged me with a smile. Wow! Who does that nowadays?
