Nail Envy 1

Went in today for the first time and everyone was super nice and welcoming. I didn't get to grab the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she was very sweet and gentle. Definitely will be back! :)

I first want to start off by saying this shop was very welcoming and also offered drinks when I first walked in! The service was great and my french tip pedicure came out amazing. They are so nice and also provide great conversation. Overall the place is a 10/10 would recommend!

I have been very pleased for the past few times I have been to this nail salon. I always request Ben because he really takes his time and pays attention to detail and I really appreciate that. He's very nice and does a great job!

Everyone here is amazing friendly and talented. Relaxing environment and My favorite in the whole world is Anna though! ( you rock girl!) Thank you for all for all love and beauty you all give.

Ben was amazing prices were great. I was in a little bit of a time crunch and been not only did a perfect job he got me done with time to spare!!! Will be going back to them !!!😊😊😊😊😊

I love the nail envy salon. The atmosphere is relaxing. The salon is wide open. Everyone is so friendly. My nails have never looked so good. And they actually stay on.

I would definitely recommend this salon 100% no doubt about it! I have shopped around in pensacola since I moved here for a professional reliable clean and friendly salon. I have dipped my toes in almost every salon in the area. I've compared prices, environment, talent and mostly for me was friendless and this place hands down hit every mark! My nail tech CAT is absolutely AMAZING! I trust her completely she takes her time making sure you are comfortable and satisfied with her work. She is very informative and knows what she is doing. Honestly everyone there seems so great! Every single person I have spoken to or interacted with at all is super friendly and nice to be around. It is very peaceful and also very clean.
I would definitely recommend trying this place out!

*UPDATE*: Excellent customer service!!! I absolutely LOVE my nails💕✨ After not having a good first visit, Anna (the owner) reached out and apologized. She kindly asked me to give them a second chance and make it up to me with a different nail tech. WOW! What a difference. I had a GREAT experience the second time and Anna personally made sure I was satisfied and everything went smooth for me. I definitely recommend coming here. The services and customer service are amazing.

I had to wait like twenty minutes because it was busy but at the end of the day my nails looked so good and I was so happy with them and it only took about an hour

Everyone at Nail Envy is very nice and professional! I call and make appointments and rarely do I have to wait more than a few moments to be seated for services. The owner, Anna, does amazing lashes, brows and other facial services. I trust and know what when I leave the salon my nails or brows will look fantastic! I highly recommend Nail Envy!

I just had the most amazing pedicure from here. My tech’s name was Be, she was so sweet and it was the best foot massage I’ve had at a nail salon, EVER!! Anna who owns the salon is always amazing.

Loved this place got a pedi with the stone massage it was amazing and my best friend got a facial & her nails done which were done very well. Everyone in there was super nice will definitely be going back and will be recommending this place

Fantastic experience. I am a man. This was my first pedicure in a long long time. My wife and her sister also got pedi/mani’s. We got there right at open. And we’re probably waited on. I felt like the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I did not feel like they were rushing to get finished and move onto the next customer. My wife has tried several other nail salon since moving back to Pensacola and she said she will be going nowhere else.

Without a doubt, the very best salon in Pensacola. I pass at least a dozen others omw to Anna's Nail Envy - its worth it! Super clean facility and the techs are well spoken and courteous. Complementary beverages with and just about any salon service you can think of.

I came to Anna’s nail envy for the first time and I will not be going anywhere else. My nail tech, Teresa, was top notch. I told her I thought I needed a new set because I wanted to switch to a white tip and my previous nail shop told me my nail beds looked bad. She could have easily done it and got more business but she didn’t. She told me just what I needed and got it done. My nails are beautiful! I hope other shops read this. Take care of your people, be fair and your customers will take care of you. More importantly, they will come back and spread the word to others. Thanks Teresa!

Anna is THE BEST eyebrow sculptor, hands down. I've been going to her for years and have always loved the results. The salon is clean and I've had great experiences with the nail technicians for other services as well.

I go to Anna’s Nail Envy for my nails and I genuinely am in love with this establishment. The staff are super friendly and they all do an amazing job. I would definitely recommend. Not only so but this place is so classy and clean, the environment is extremely relaxing and I 100% recommend booking an appointment because they get so busy since they’re so good! <3
