Maya is a sweetheart and also did a fantastic job on my hair!!!! She had to correct a terrible cut I had elsewhere and left me so happy! She exceeded my expectations and I will definitely go to her again. Thanks Maya!! Also, everyone working there today 2/14/24 was so kind and helpful… the energy was really positive and it was obvious everyone gets along well and enjoys their coworkers. It was a great experience and I am very thankful. I will definitely be back.

I came to Urban Salon last-minute one day. I was worried about how to care for my long hair extensions I had no experience dealing with them (the sown-in kind.) I lucked out and happened to be taken care of by Jillian, who helped me learn so much! For example, wearing a bonnet at night helps your hair stay put and undamaged.
Now I go to Urban and see Jillian for blowouts whenever I can. I get a professional shampoo, scalp massage, cooling oil application and little treat of hand lotion as well as thorough gentle drying of my hair and extension wefts. A thermal finish is added to give me a nice style and it tops off the whole process. All of that usually takes less than an hour, and the price is right! With a tip I spend less than the price of the service alone at other shops, and I get quite a few compliments on my long hair! Most importantly, my own natural hair is growing out undamaged because of the great care it gets. I highly recommend Urban Salon.

This appointment was for my granddaughter. Emily was the stylist and did a wonderful job. My granddaughter got a full highlight and cut. We were both very pleased with the results. Emily was very professional and had a pleasant disposition. She really did an outstanding job on the highlights. My granddaughter has received so many compliments and we refer them all to Urban!

I love Urban Salon and have been having the best experiences since I’ve been coming. The atmosphere is great and I always leave with a big smile on my face and gorgeous looking hair ❤❤

I had a Blowout from Jillian today, one of a few. This girl is amazing. No matter what hairstyle mood of the day, that I request, she magically gives it to me. That skill is hard to find. You all should try her out. You'll LOVE her!

Best haircut I've gotten. Jayden was really nice and helped me with figuring out how to style my hair and how I wanted it cut.

I’ve been using Jordan for weekly blowouts, eyebrow waxing and tinting, color, and cuts for almost a year now. She does a fantastic job every time and is beyond fun to sit with while you’re having work done! She also cuts my children’s hair and they fight over who gets to go first every time because they feel so confident afterwards! 10/10 recommend!

I and my three daughters have used four different girls at Urban Salon on Beechmont Avenue and they are all fabulous people as well as hair stylists! Urban Salon has wonderful promotions and are customer service driven. I trust them whole heartedly as I always walk out so happy! Thank you to a great team! I appreciate you all!

This is my second time booking with Stephanie and she was fabulous! Great conversation and did a great job cutting my hair (8 inches off). It was clear she was comfortable and knowledgeable on what she was doing. Will certainly be returning!

Had my hair cut by Mackie today. She was wonderful. Love the way my hair turned out. All of the staff are always so nice and welcoming, and make sure to greet you when coming in.

Shout out to Quinn for the amazing balayage! I would recommend Quinn and Urban Salon to anyone looking for high quality service at a lower price. I also really appreciated the safety precautions being taken (i.e. face masks were required, social distancing was in place, and customers were asked about exposure to COVID19). I live in Chicago but try to visit Urban whenever I'm in Cincinnati (instead of getting my hair done in Chicago) because it saves me at least $100.

Dianna is awesome!!! She did a full highlight for me, chose a great tone, and I would say it’s the best highlight I’ve ever had!

Tiffany S made me feel so refreshed and rejuvenated with my new cut! It shows off my curls much better and gives my hair a much more flattering shape. And the shampoo/scalp massage was amazing! Her attention to detail was very appreciated :) Thanks, Tiffany!

As always, awesome job! Jordan did GREAT with my 15 yr old son! He showed her a style he wanted and she was so good about making sure it was actually what he wanted (it was a big difference)!

This was my first time going to a hair salon other than Great Clips so needless to say I was impressed, but I was still surprised by the quality for the price. My hairdresser, Morgan, did a great job listening to what I wanted done, and she even styled my hair for free at the end of the cut. I also ended up booking an appointment with her next week to get my hair dyed. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Emily, she gave me a beautiful balayage and toned it and then gave me a trim with the layers I wanted. Its perfect, I absolutely love how it turned out and I'll be making future appointments with her to keep lightening up for the summer! Thank you Emily!

Kelsey gave my daughter a great haircut. She wanted some adjustments to her last cut and Kelsey delivered exactly what was asked for. The atmosphere is also pleasant and everyone is nice with great customer service.
