Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Palm Beach Jupiter

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. My expectations were exceeded in every way. The breakfast is excellent and every single team member is beyond friendly. Eric the front desk supervisor is probably the best customer service representative I’ve ever met. He deserves another promotion. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again ! And to top it off the location is super convenient. Tons of great food options right across the street. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

This hotel has the best location and the best Service at the front desk. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well kept even though I heard there is renovation coming up. The location is excellent. Everything is nearby and close to the highway if you are driving. Thank you to all for the great service and hospitality.

I had the best stay in this hotel. I have to give a special thanks to Jennifer and Eli because they do an amazing job every morning they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. They bright up your morning for sure with the excellent service and always a smile.

Great hotel but amazing breakfast. The staff from breakfast (Jennifer) went above and beyond with everything. Made sure we had everything and checked on us. Kids loved the food and it was clean and fresh. I recommend the hotel as it was clean but the breakfast was one of the best I had and it was free.

This place is wonderful, the whole staff are amazing. They are all nice when it comes to checking in. They are always happy when coming in and out of the rooms. High cuddos to the housekeeping department. They were lovely Christina and Juliana made my rooms with making my room spotless. When requesting new towels, they were quick and provided some extra towels on their behalf. Breakfast is also fantastic so thank you Haydee. This is the ONLYYYYY fairfield with a such variety and tasty meal. They have more than different options. Better than IHOP in my opinion. When asking for management to thank the front desk I spoke to both Beverly and Jay about how amazing staff they have. Erick was the best when it comes to checking me in and Mark was also helpful with all my questions. The girl Anili (don’t know how to spell her name) was so nice and was able to sign up with Marriott bon voyage and told me about some cool perks. Honest best experience!

The hotel is in a good location, with food and entertainment close by. The atmosphere is cheerful, nice colors and easy on the eyes. The entire place is very, very clean. The real hidden gem is Austin. We had the good fortune to be greeted and helped by this young man. He was extremely professional, polite and all around pleasant to speak with. We would definitely stay here again.

Both cars barely made it off of the highway. Heavy rain led us to this hotel. All we needed was rest. Friendly staff took care in every detail. Just like home...

We stayed in a standard two double bed room. It had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The room was large and very clean— it seemed brand new. The carpeting throughout the hotel seemed new, housecleaning was spotless, extremely comfortable beds and very nice linens. The room smelled fresh, plenty of hot water for the shower, the air conditioner worked very well, and the hotel was very quiet. The included breakfast was very good.

All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I saw one of the housekeepers wipe down a room door from top to bottom, which reinforced my thought that cleanliness was a priority at this hotel. We will definitely stay here again!!

Stayed for work. Staff was incredibly friendly and the place was very clean! Seriously can’t get over how awesome my customer service experience was. I can’t remember his name, but he worked around 6 pm on 7/11/23. Also nice and close to the highway.

great location being close restaurants and to the highway but yet not loud from traffic. The property itself can use some TLC but the staff was fantastic and made up for some of the shortcomings. The breakfast is amazing and well stocked

Nice hotel with perfect location for anyone attending local Spring training for STL Cardinals. The rooms are clean and fresh. We found the breakfast plentiful and hot. The staff was very friendly.

We had to stay at your hotel because our little Yorkie was having surgery on her knee. First and foremost Brianna Jenkins was at the front desk when we arrived after dropping our dog off for surgery approx 8:30am that morning. We were so tired after the 3 hour drive to get there and of course no sleep the night before being anxious about the surgery. We didn’t know what we were gonna do for the next 6 1/2 hours till check in time. So I decided to go to the hotel and ask what our chances of checking in early was. I was met with the biggest smile and the happiest Good Morning i have ever received in my whole life. Brianna said come on in I’ll check you in now. I’m like really how kind of u, I so appreciated that. After we got some much needed rest every time we went by the desk she asked how our pup was doing. I hope that your Company knows how Lucky you are to have such a Happy employee working for your Company. She has a infectious smile that I will never forget!! Please give that girl a raise she deserves it and so much more. The room was very clean and comfortable. And of course pet friendly. Thank you so much Brianna you make people want to come back to your hotel. Mrs. Scott

Very nice rooms in great condition. Sheet feel and smell fresh. The beds are very comfy and we had multiple TV's are n the room. Staff is personable and friendly. Park to the east side of the lot because a lot of traffic passes through the west side of the lot. There is a McDonald's out front and a compliment of restaurants across the street.

Room is cold. Water works. Breakfast was awesome. Customer service was top notch .

Excellent service and friendly staff. Great location. Clean! I have stayed in this hotel now 4 years in a row ( 1st full week each February) and it's still an excellent run hotel. This stay I've enjoyed an upgrade as a Marriott member and have a King Suit. Very roomy, comfortable, living room area separate from bedroom.

Lady at the front desk was so nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Like home away from home. All the staff make you feel welcome. If you need anything ask and they got you. They even have there own little corner store with drinks and candy and some other things right there in the motel. Wonderful would definitely stay again.
