Rock Solid Auto is the most personable and amazing car dealership I have ever dealt with! They are flexible and incredibly willing to work with you regardless of bad credit and repos. They are extremely understanding and down to earth!! Kyle was amazing with helping me with any questions I had prior to going to the car lot. Luis and Dutch were 2 of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with! They will listen to your concerns, find solutions, and they actually WANT to help you! I was there for about 7 hours or so which part of the time was waiting my turn but they didn't hesitate to still include me and keep me in the loop! They even help with your insurance needs, which are fantastic! I can't express the amazing experience I had here! I will forever recommend and refer people to go to Rock Solid to buy a vehicle!! Very thorough and worth it in every aspect!!

So far it has been a good experience. I had purchased a car from somewhere else and the trans was slipping bad. I didn't have the time or place to do any transmission work. I submitted an online app and was approved that day. Went in the next day and picked out the car (which I love) and completed the paperwork. Very easy and Kyle and Dutch were professional and easy going. The only thing I don't like is the warranty only provides for any work to be done has to be done at their service center. Maybe y'all should rethink that and at least maybe give an option on the service contracts. Thanks guys.

I went to rock solid on Friday 9/11/20 and I had a great experience! Thomas and Dutch went above and beyond to help me. Even though extenuating circumstances prevented me from driving away in a car that day. They stayed 2 hours after they closed to help me and when I told them I just couldn't afford a vehicle at the moment they refunded my down payment no questions asked. I will definitely go back to these guys when I so have the ability to purchase a vehicle! Thank you guys so much
