OZO2 Eco Dry Cleaners and tailoring studio

My review is only for the MAGNIFICENT VINCENZO COPPOLA, the MASTER TAILOR on the premises. I was in a bind and I dropped off a new suit coat and pants, both of which needed tailoring, at 1015am and I needed this to be RUSHED for an event the next day. What a pleasant surprise when Vincenzo appeared at my hotel room door AT 430pm THE VERY SAME DAY, with my impeccably tailored and pressed suit! Thank you Vincenzo!

Best dry cleaners ever. I’ve lived in London, NYC, etc and my clothes have never been in better shape since I started taking them to Ozo. Love that they don’t use chemicals and it shows: no smell, no stiffness, no wear and tear like conventional dry cleaning. Highly recommended

My dog had an accident on my viscose velvet bed quilt. It said dry clean only, but when I spoke with Tameka and she said dry cleaning would not remove the smell and that they had a process that was gentle enough to wash men’s suits. I was hesitant because I had a similar item that fell apart when another cleaner wet cleaned it. When I picked up my quilt it looked like new. The velvet shines and the seams do not look worn or damaged. I will definitely be returning. It is worth the extra couple days to ensure your items are handled with care. If you are unsure about sending your delicates there, call and talk to Tameka. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Routinely the best dry cleaning and best place for alterations, hands down.

This is the best dry cleaner I have ever used. I have been with them for 4 years or more and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The seamstress does beautiful work in an efficient time frame. The manager, Irina, has helped me with special needs that are outside her scope of work- and done so with pleasure and patience. The clothes smell wonderful not like the chemicals that other (non organic) cleaners use.

I drive by 5 other cleaners when deciding that I can’t live without the service that they provide. It cost slightly more to have my clothes serviced here but it’s all in the details- clean fast and friendly and I can easily get my alterations done on site. Each visit is great but today was extraordinary- driving a different car after being out of town for several weeks, I stopped by to pick up my shirts. Walking into the store the attendant already had my clothes ready for me. When I shared my appreciation she simply replied “most people are in a hurry and if you goal is not to have you wait.” Everyone that works here acts as if the are the owner...attention to details are what set them apart from the competition

Ozo 2 Eco Dry Cleaners is the only place I trust with my dry cleaning, bulk laundry and even my rugs that need special detail! Its definitely "A Spa for my Clothes" as advertised! The business is woman owned, I love that and they are a local part of the community! Simply the best place for all my dry cleaning needs and they have done hundreds of dress alterations for me over the years....I'm never disappointed! Their free pick up and delivery is so convenient with my busy schedule oh and they also have the best candles and clothes in the boutique! Amazing and with 3 locations! I highly recommend Ozo 2 Eco Dry cleaning!

Excellent dry cleaners. Its always a pleasure to go into the shop, the staff is so accommodating. Brenda behind the counter is so patient no matter how much laundry or dry cleaning I bring in. She is also knowledgeable about the candles and diffusers they sell! Definitely 5 Stars!!!

We use OZ as a company for many houses we take care of. We love the delivery and pick up services. They also saved us for some outdoor umbrella repair. They offer allot of services so be sure to ask.

This group of responsive professionals send me a message when they are going to be in our building. I bag my clothes and when the clothes are returned they are beautifully cleaned/dry cleaned, on a hanger, and look fantastic. I love their excellent service. They also repair any tears. Thank you

I have never had to use cleaners before, so I was crossing my fingers to find a good place since I spilled coffee on a white skirt and when I tried to clean it, I made it worst. I have to say I will use them ONLY from now on and I will recommend them to people I know. They took the time to explain to me what they could do, they didn’t promise me miracles, which I hate when companies do that, they were very thorough when answering my half a million questions, never did they seem frustrated or annoyed. Incredible service, good prices, awesome employees. Thank you for the great service!! We need more companies like this one around.

We use the store on Dixie hwy and their delivery services. Everything is always done with the best care and professionalism. Brenda works the front desk and is amazing. Goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Highly recommend her and her store

I needed to be out of town over the weekend, and rushed in to see if I could have express cleaning done on a dress. Brenda, as always, was pleasant and very informative. Sure enough l had my dress ready in the nick of time, cleaned, and pressed.

What can i say but WOW!!! This place is eco friendly and the people who work there are very friendly. I would keep bringing my clothes here, the pressing and cleaning is awesome. When walking into there cleaners you feel as if you were at home the beautiful smell, and merchandise they sell are amazing. So much JOY in this place. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN😊

Amazing service! Brenda is super professional and amazingly helpful! I don't trust any place else with my dry cleaning and alterations; from zippers to shoes, they can do it all.
