Jacob met with my husband and I to go over our claim and the process that goes with that. He is professional, knowledgeable and knows exactly how to navigate the claims process. He has worked for the insurance side in the past and now as a public adjuster, he is just a wealth of knowledge. I wouldn't want to go through a claim without him.

Jacob was amazing. He was very responsive, respectful and honest throughout the process. He is super knowledgeable. It took some time to get the insurance to cover the damages, but honestly I don’t think we could have gotten the insurance to cover our roof replacement if it wasn’t for him.

Jacob was excellent at doing his work. I had him represent me on two separate properties. Upon meeting, he was well prepared, knowledgeable, and took his work seriously. He did an outstanding job of preparing the report and negotiating with the insurance company. He ended up negotiating a lot more for us than I expected. I will answer the most important question first. Would I hire J&L to represent me again. The answer is yes, without question
There are a number of reasons why I would. But first I will admit I didn't do the most important thing and that is make J&L my first call after my loss instead of the insurance company,.
Why, because the insurance company adjusters will ignore or under pay the amount it will take to repair or replace damages.
If Jacob (my adjuster) was at my home along with the insurance company adjuster it would have saved a lot of time and my repairs would have been well underway.
Jacob's very detailed written appraisal was done quickly ( in hours) and in great detail. He identified damage that I had not noticed and negotiated with my insurance company. As a result his appraisal resulted in a final settlement that was several times what the insurance company originally offered me. So if anyone has a concern about paying a fee for service, don't be, because in my opinion J&L more than earned their fee and leaving enough to cover needed repairs.
