I came in today looking for something cute for my wife. Unsure of what I should get her I went up to the worker, Lizzie, and she helped me pick out the perfect outfit for our vacation. My wife loved what I brought home and if it wasn’t for her help, I wouldn’t have had the same excited response.

This place is AMAZING! My absolute go to boutique for everything and every event! There clothing, accessories, hats and accessories are fashion forward. They have a great reward program too! ♥♥♥

Wow wow wow! Amazing customer service, felt very appreciated shopping here and the owner was such a sweetheart. I was shopping for a birthday outfit and ended up finding the perfect outfit! Thank you so much, I will definitely be coming back to shop again! Also, prices are very reasonable. Cannot stop bragging about this place, such a gem store in downtown Lake Mary. :)

I never write reviews, but after my last experience I must share. I’ve been going to Sophie and Trey and their sister boutiques for years. I love the pieces and it’s very affordable for a small clothing boutique. I went in over the weekend, in a frantic, for an outfit for a concert I was attending. Kristen, the owner, pulled multiple options for me from head to toe. After trying on the dress, we determined it would look better with a belt. Unfortunately they sold out of the belt that would look best, but Kristen was wearing it with HER OUTFIT, without hesitation she took it off her waist, and gave it to me FOR FREE to complete my outfit.

If that’s not the best customer service …..
All I can say is, I was already a life long customer but now I will go out of my way to let everyone know how sincere and AMAZING this small town boutique really is.

Love love love!! My order always ships within a couple hours of placing it! I live in Oregon so order all online and I get my orders fast and they fit great!! I do wish some of the dresses were a little shorter for us 5'2'' people but can't complain 😃

Best customer service experience always! I’ve been shopping there for years (since opening ) and while the staff may change- they help all the same: with pleasantry and just great service!

Even when I had a mishap where price was rang incorrectly on a purchase /I didn’t catch it either until I got home - i went back to correct the mishap and they handled it seamlessly. In fact I called ahead to explain and when I walked in, it was like a receiving line at a resort ! Haha! These ladies were just so pleasant and nice (Briana to name one) but they were all just so pleasant!! I was in a rush to an event and they were swift but just amazing!
I just love shopping here! Clothes are fabulous but the service is even better !!!❤❤

I just discovered S&T about a month ago and I've spent more on clothes in this month than in my entire life!! This place is perfect! The selection is huge and I love that they're always getting new arrivals. Great prices and lucky for me it's a 25 minute drive away but that's also very dangerous. Love love love Sophie and Trey

I love all of the Sophie and Trey stores. Their level of customer service is set to a high standard. Everyone throughly seems like they enjoy their job and love helping people. I’ll continue to be a loyal customer not only because of the cute/higher quality clothes but because of the employees!

Absolutely love all their stores. I start going there since they open Sophie and Trey and 4 & Ocean. Since then I come every opportunity I'm looking to renew my wardrobe or buy a gift. I used to live closer but now I move far away but I still make the trip. Totally recommend this store for any unique piece that you're looking for not matter the occasion.

I love all 4 boutiques and how each one is a different theme so it’s easier to find what you’re looking for for different occasions. The girls that work there are always so helpful, nice, and ready to start a dressing room for you so you don’t have to carry the clothes around while you shop. The pricing is also really fair especially for the product you get. All of my garments I get from them last so long.

I have never been to the actual store, but this is by far my absolute favorite online boutique. I go here for pretty much everything! The clothes are gorgeous and affordable.. a combination pretty hard to find plus the customer service is amazing. I recommend them to everyone!

Last Sunday 5/13/18 my daughter and I visited the Lake Mary location in the afternoon after visiting all the big department stores for her 8th grade dance attempting to find a dress that would match the requirements.
We were about to give up all hope on ever finding the right dress until we entered your store and right away, the two young ladies that were working could not have been anymore help.
Within minutes they found a dress that match our needs as well as my daughters liking. I must say that before entering I was a little skeptical as I always thought that boutiques were expensive but much to my surprise it was very reasonable!
This was a great experience that I will not soon forget and told my wife about as soon as we came home!

Out of the visits to the large department stores we quickly found out that no one was willing to assist us nor could we even find anyone to help, but your employees could not have done any better as they showed me and my daughter many options online as well as pulling many options from the shelves for her to try on.
My daughter was so happy with the outcome and she looked so beautiful when she chose the right dress from your store.
We will forever be grateful for all your employees and the attention and assistance they gave us and we will certainly be visiting your shop again!!

Awesome store with great prices. You can't leave without getting something you "Have" to have!!! Selection is super and sales helpers are knowledgeable and fun to work with. You will absolutely fall in love with Sophie & Trey - as well as the other 2 feminine stores they own here in the Lake Mary plaza!!!!

While I haven't received my online order yet, I wanted to review Sophie & Trey solely based on their customer service. I found a bralette that I had been wanting but, no one else seemed to have my size in-stock except S&T. A boutique, local to me, had the bralette but at a lower price. I sent the link to S&T and within minutes (not even exaggerating) they agreed to match the price & sent me an eVoucher for the price difference! I'm very excited to receive my shipment & I can only assume their product quality is just as good as their customer service!

Today was my first time shopping here and I have to say that I don't think I could shop anywhere else again. The clothing selection is amazing and the customer service is the best I have ever encountered. I showed Lauren some instagram pics of the outfits I liked and she ran around in the rain to the different stores and pulled them all for me. She literally took care of everything I asked for during my 3 hour shopping spree.

Sophie and trey is always my go to when I need the perfect outfit for any ocassion. My friends often joke I am a walking advertisement for them since the majority of my wardrobe is sophie and trey and I am always recieving receiving compliments on my outfits. The customer service is outstanding. Last summer, I ordered a romper for 4th of July. UPS said it was placed in my mailbox but I never recieved it. I called sophie and trey and told them the mail carrier placed my order in the wrong mailbox and without any hesitation they shipped me the exact romper free of charge. Turns out, my first order had been found so I called right away to cancel the new order. A week later, I received an apology letter from sophie and trey that came with a little gift. The whole mix up wasnt even their fault but that is how much they value their customers! Thank you for always giving me a wonderful and positive experience!

Absolutely love this store and it's sister stores. I am a frequent shopper here, everything from their shorts, bathing suits, and accessories I adore. The only thing I would say is that their dresses have gotten shorter and shorter. I'm a relatively thin-ish, average size girl and I fall in love with almost everything I try on but cannot purchase it because 9/10 times the dress is too short! Thin, yet busty and big bottomed girls find it hard to fit in their short dresses. Regardless I still find something almost always and still constantly recommend! Just wish their dresses were a bit longer.

I finally made it to the shops and fell more in love with these boutiques!!! I usually order online since I live 2 hours away, but I will definitely make the trip more often!!! Reasonably priced and everyone was very nice!!
