Atlantis Pharmacy

This pharmacy is among the very best. As a first time customer, the staff made me feel very welcome from the young lady who answered the phone and Kathy inside the store.. They went above and beyond and made my prescription transaction easy. This store has a variety of great items and I ended up buying healthy snacks with high protein. One of the pharmacist Shawn was super nice and informative. Damien, the pharmacy manager took the time to welcome me to the store and exceeded my expectations.

I have been a customer of Atlantis Pharmacy for over 10 years. I can’t begin to list all of the reasons they will continue to be my pharmacy for the next 10 years! I am giving them a 5 STAR ⭐ review for the excellent customer service they have shown to me over the years. The big chain pharmacies don’t know who you are and I have had many prescriptions that were filled erroneously. Damien, Shawn, Kita, Amanda, Anna, April, and Kathy go above and beyond to make sure I get my prescriptions timely and accurately. Lastly, I am giving them a 5 STAR ⭐ review because they have my prescriptions delivered for FREE! I have referred many friends and family to Atlantis Pharmacy and I will continue! Also, the delivery man always delivers my prescriptions above and beyond!!

I have a new pharmacy & I am beyond happy with the ENTIRE experience! Atlantis Pharmacy by JFK Medical Center! I have never had such a pleasant experience with a pharmacy in my life. They were easy to reach by phone, the staff is knowledgeable, patient & kind, and they deliver! What a blessing this pharmacy has been to me. I recently was prescribed a suppository that requires making. Publix wanted almost 400 dollars for 30. Damien, made me 15 at a time in case they didn't work and only charged me $27.00. I reordered the second 15 and Damien delivered them to my house as the store would be closed by the time they would be ready. Now THAT'S SERVICE. Thank you all for helping me and especially Damien for being so very kind. God bless Wow, was I ever wrong. Not only will you have difficulty getting your meds but find it impossible to transfer you RX'S to another pharmacy. They are very dishonest.

Being met by smiling faces which are not like the big pharmaceutical comanies like Cvs and walgreens which are trying to puch the horrifiying cov!d clot shot...please go enjoy visiting them and save time money and yourself from the big pharma monster...thx sooo

Absolutely the BEST pharmacy! I’m currently on blood thinners injections due to pregnancy and I totally spaced and forgot to pick them up before closing. And I had none whatsoever left at home, I was hoping for a miracle… the pharmacist was still there and a tech, omg they are life savers for me being able to pick up my much need medication shortly after closing!! Truly they care! They need way more than 5 star!!

Best service in the tricounty area when it comes to pharmacies. No other pharmacy was as ready to help with my prescription when I ran into a complication. The Head pharmacist Damian was very helpful and i recommend this pharmacy 100% Thank you for treating me like a human being.

BEST PHARMACY. Hands down!!! The staff is just so wonderful to talk to they are extremely friendly and are always helpful when I call. They offer FREE delivery which is beyond convenient. Just make sure you give these drivers an awesome tip for their service! Any questions or concerns you have, Damien is your guy! Super informative, funny and honest! I am so grateful for this place!

Amazing staff went above and beyond to help. They all are professional and friendly too. I would feel totally comfortable asking for and getting important information from anyone here. Amazing staff that goes out of their way to take care of you. I couldn’t imaging going back to a big chain pharmacy. I’ve been with Atlantis for years. I take a lot of medications and they always help me keep things straight and understandable for me. I am also a pain management patient and they NEVER have treated me with disrespect or shame.

My son and I just got our first dose of covid-19 vaccine. Everybody was organized, Amanda was amazing scheduling us, compassionate and caring for my son who has autism. She made sure he was comfortable she took extra steps you don't get that anymore these days but Amanda gave it. And David was the best vaccinator!!! 🥰 A very friendly compassionate and caring relaxed organized location. Well done Atlantis Pharmacy!!!

I love this pharmacy! The customer care is excellent, the pharmacists are very helpful and most of all they deliver my prescriptions on the same days I ordered. It is a wonderful experience not to have to stop by the pharmacy on my way home to wait in a long line for pickup or drop off
They are amazing!

I just went in to pick up my wife’s prescription and wooooooow I can’t believe how good this pharmacy is!!!!! By far so MUCH BETTER than your regular Walgreens or cvs. Her meds were ready and waiting for us even after closing hours!!!! I can’t say it enough what a great pharmacy I would drive from were ever I’m at just to come here!!!! If you need any prescriptions filled, I would highly highly recommend coming here!!!!!!!

Amazing customer service, my prescriptions are always right. I have a sick dog and they even compound medications for her. They deliver at no charge. Every single person working there is so friendly and their prices are low. Love Atlantis Pharmacy

I have been using Atlantis pharmacy for almost 5 years. I am a Us Army Veteran and a retired NYC Firefighter. The staff is wonderful, there extremely friendly, there very fast filling the Prescriptions and there Prices are very reasonable, and there Veteran friendly.
I would recommend them to anyone who asked for a great pharmacy
