The Yoga Room is a hidden GEM in Tequesta. My kids go to a class with Mrs. Jean Martin. We could not say enough great things about Mrs. Jean. My youngest, who is more in to fast paced athletics, has really shown improvement both mentally and physically and she actually loves going to yoga. She can even see the difference in her gymnastics from the flexibility and strength she gets from yoga in a loving atmosphere that they look forward to each week. They are learning both mindfulness and the basics of yoga. Now it's time for mom to take a class!

Like Tequesta is to Florida, The Yoga Room is a gem in the middle of paradise. If you are looking to take yoga classes, go to one of the hundred other studios in the area. If you are looking to incorporate yoga as a part of your life, and embrace what it can do for your soul, and not just your body, then this is your place.

This is the best yoga studio you will find. After trying many others this one has the warm & inviting feeling you will experience. Personal attention and excellent teachers. I highly recommend all various classes & you can choose which one fits you the most. Namaste!
