Pretty cool little park..not very much here but the lake looks good..just wish I would have brought my fishing pole..maybe next time..it does have a portable potty but no water

Lily pads were everywhere so no fishing the kids loved the park bathrooms were clean and the views were outstanding recommend this park

I went to fish and my kids went straight to the swings. The swings were excellent but the fishing was bad. There's no fish there, definitely need to restock

Lake Whidden is named for Myrle A. Whidden, a Mulberry law enforcement officer who was killed in the line of duty 81 years ago in 1936. Until early 2017, the lake was neglected, overgrown, and teeming with mosquitoes. The City of Mulberry undertook ownership of the lake and set out to reclaim it. As of this writing (June 2017), the lake is on its way to recovering its beauty, open water surface, and public attraction as the city's newest park!

Nice lake.. Pier with two picnic tables.. Very peaceful. Creepy dude staring from adjacent house, but all in all a good time.
