Genesis Plumbing is a Great Plumbing Company. I found this Company through Lowes in 2020 & use them to this day. Barbara is the woman that will get it done for you when your in a Plumbing jam. The Plumbers that have been to my house for repairs or having new appliances installed have all been professional, courtiest, & knowledgeable. If you have questions they have answers & suggestions. I feel like there prices are great & competitive, I have never received a bill from them that made me feel sick to my stomach.
I will always use Genesis Plumbing & suggest you give them a try.

Just had our whole house replumbed. What a fantastic job. Ed, John, and Jordan were amazing. We had used them in the past and knew they would do an amazing job. I highly recommend Genesis for all of your plumbing needs.

We had our Water Heater changed out today. Ed did an amazing Job and was very informative .
He also told us we need to have a few things fixed by an Electrician that Apparently was not even addressed by the prior Company who installed the last Water Heater...
He was everything you would expect a Great Plumber to be.
Quality Control is almost non existent anymore...
I would recommend Genesis to anyone who wants a worry free Job Done.

I have been using Genesis Plumbing for years and I have never been disappointed in their service and the quality of their work. Most recently they came out and did an excellent job converting all my Polybutene pipes. While they were there they changed some faucets along with other requests I had. It is so refreshing to work with a company that does what they say they will do and on time without making everything you ask, an issue. I highly recommend them!

They did an amazing job fixing a bad issue out side my home in Hetrage Oaks, It was a very messy and muddy site these guys found the leak and replaced the pipe fast. I have been dealing with several problems for too long. I call Genesis to set up an appointment to get them fixed. Jason called and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived I explained to him what I needed to be fixed and he went right to work an completed th job in a very short time. He was very efficient and very friendly. I had a major leak on my side of the water meter. Genesis came out within an hour of my distressed phone call. The whole repair took less than the original estimate. I would recommend Genesis as a very prompt and professional business to anyone who asks. Kudos!

Ed is amazing. He phoned he was on his way. Arrived by the schedule time (8:00) explained what he was going to do and completed the job. He was professional, kind, and changed 3 hose bibs in a snap. Genesis & Ed are Rock Stars.

If you are not using Genesis Plumbing, you need to ask yourself why not? Called a little after 8 am on a Monday morning and they had someone here by 11 am to replace the hot water heater. They have taken care of all the plumbing needs of our homes for the last 12+ years (faucet replacements, toilet replacement/repair, shut-off valves, hot water heaters and the shower project plumbing) . They are professional, clean up after themselves, kind, courteous and dependable. No way would I call anyone but Genesis Plumbing. Thank you Joe - you and your team are amazing! Looking forward to not having to heat water on the stove to clean my oatmeal pan tomorrow morning.

Another great experience from Genesis Plumbing! Every aspect of handling this project was handled perfectly. Scheduling the appointment with Barbara was amazing. She was able find a perfect appointment time and lucky for me, even had their technician dispatched ahead of schedule. She communicated well with updates on my appointment time and was able to receive photos of my project via text to ensure an efficient installation. The technician was top notch! He was organized and explained everything thoroughly prior to starting the job. He had all the necessary equipment and educated me on preparation for future projects that I am considering. He took pride in his work to ensure a clean, professional job. He cleaned up after himself and was able to run my credit card on the spot, without having to call the office. He ended by thanking me for my business. No need to waste time searching the web getting quotes, if you need a plumber, call Genesis Plumbing and while you're at it, save them in your phone.

Absolutely an excellent experience from first call to install! Ed arrived on time and within an hour and a half emptied the old tank, installed new one with new plumbing and pan, filled and done! Very professional and friendly! Won’t use anyone else for future plumbing needs. Thanks Genesis team!!

We purchased a home with polybutylene pipes and before any insurance would cover the home we had to have the plumbing redone. Joe from Genesis came out and walked through step by step what he would do to replace the plumbing. The day after our closing, the Genesis army showed up. They knew the exact places to go to reach the old pipes and it was evident that they had done many of these before. All of the workers knew their jobs and they knocked the job out like a well oiled machine. They were quick, professional, friendly and I won't hesitate to reach out to Genesis for all of our plumbing needs. If you have polybutylene pipes and need to have them replaced give them a call. If you need a good, reliable plumber, give them a call.

Three cheers for Genesis Plumbing! I have only one bathroom so they were quite concerned when I called on a Saturday. The amount of professionalism and attention I received from the team was remarkable. Barb, Ed and Mark made sure my issue was resolved right away at a great price.
