Great service … great prices and easy financing options

Kevin was my rep. At first I wasn’t so sure if I like him, however after coming back to the store with my kids who are young and my husband he was friendly too us all. He let everyone try out mattresses. He understood I wanted to furnish a few rooms but stay within a budget and he helped me to do that. I had a great experience and it was pretty fast and simple, no hidden fees. There is going to be a few days wait on deliveries so don’t go in expecting same day. Love Badcock!

We had already shopped on line so we knew what we were looking for, once we showed Kevin he knew exactly were the items were on the floor. The greatest service i have ever got from a furniture store. The salesperson was so polite and very friendly .She helped me with every need i had. I asked for a particular bedroom set i was looking for and they had it . She saw that i got everything i needed and at a great price. Such a valuable place . This company is over 100 years old. My salesman was named Kendall and he was great! The selection in the store is better than any other retailer I visited looking for a recliner. They had exactly what I wanted.

We lost our home in a fire and was in need of new furniture, we went everywhere and stopped in Badcock in Sanford FL. and the had exactly what we were looking for in a living room set, only trouble is that it is on backorder for 4 months, we decided to think about it and went back in and they told us that they had 2 of the 3 pieces in, because someone backed out so we decided to buy and wait for the 3rd piece, super easy to deal with and very friendly. Will do business with them again.

I saw something I needed online. I called Bryan with minutes to spare before closing. He said “Sure, come on in.” With about 6 minutes to close, we had a deal and delivery date! Super excited!!!
